Nice buy need flooring
I like the house just the up root the carpet and throw some paint on and the house will be good. Where I live this house would go for double the price while being located in the middle of the hood and not much space between houses so this is a steal to me

That carpeting is beyond being cleaned. It needs to be replaced and that'll cost thousands. That's why you should always choose another flooring material than carpeting
Nice size house. Replace that carpet😬. You said it as I was typing. Yes, price reduction for sure.
The home "appears" to have good bones but is in dire need of help in multiple areas. Price reduction for sure because you'll have to spend a nice grip to bring it back. The entire home needs paint which for 3,000+ square feet can run $10k to $15k. Hardwoods need to be repaired, stripped and restained. Carpeting absolutely has to be replaced and the appliances will have to be replaced. The lot also needs some TLC. I personally enjoy bringing homes back to their original glory adding my vision. I think it's a gem but what on Earth did the previous owners do to it?!

Tell us which room is which and let everybody be terrified along with you. That’ll be your Halloween special and just let everybody know in advance to tune in on that day and that time.

7:00 Front load washing machines will grow mold on the inside if you don't maintain them.
1. Wipe dry the door gasket, detergent tray, and drawer after washing for the day
2. Leave the door open and leave detergent tray open/out of the machine when not in use
3. Use less detergent (1/2 cup max for a full load)
Use less fabric softener (1/4 cup max for a full load)
4. Stop washing everything with cold water. Detergent and fabric softener don't dissolve as well in colder water, especially in the winter, so they sink to the bottom of the machine and create build up which grows mold
5. Clean the machine ounce a month. Run the self clean cycle with bleach or washing machine cleaner. Clean the door gasket, door glass, detergent tray, detergent drawer, and pump trap at the bottom with bleach and dish soap.
