I have a hand climbed top but can't for the life of me get it to work. Feels like I'm fighting the tree and the tree hasn't lost yet lol. Will have to try that mod
Check out part 2 of "lone wolf hand climber/ saddle combo" on my channel. Sometimes we use a strap to make it solid. Other times we can shoot around the tree by keeping our feet mostly center. Part 3 shows my must do mod for the hand climber.

Hybrid look comfortable. Looks like it's a molle frame with a few attachments and a seat.

Id like to see someone put side pressure on a lone Wolf climber bottom.I own a sit and climb and can tell you it would definitely slip.
