What's scary about Doctor Fate is that in pre-battle quotes, he knew that the TMNT would meet an unforgiving, inevitable future in their own multiverse.

Dr fate was there before the beginning of the universe in the comics .Kent Nelson,the now dr fate found the helmet when he was doing his archeological stuff in Egypt with his father and after putting the helmet he became dr fate with Nabus help and order and so then.he is currently in his 20s in the comics but is actually in his 70s or 80s now so I guess he is from the 90s
