ingredients
3/4 cup masoor dal
1 tsp cumin
1 onion sliced
2 green chilli slit
1 ripe tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coriander
chopped coriander
salt
TADAKA
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp cumin seed
10 cloves garlic chopped
few curry leaves
1/2 tsp red chilli kashmiri powder
chopped coriander
