Thanks for doing the demonstrations, especially for the dough, and the freshly minced meat!
Tbh, I was initially confused by the plate-like whisking tool, but seeing your demo using it for the whipped cream it finally made sense! Liquids can get underneath the plate, where the little triangles on it can churn & emulsify them. At first I thought maybe you'd have to add the ingredients, and *then* add the plate, but I see now that the liquids would obviously find their way under anyway.
I wish my model came with the dough hook, though it says I can use the standard blade too, so maybe I don't need it...

I've been considering a food processor for years because it's becoming more and difficult to slice vegetables for batch cooking as I get older. I don't want a blender, and the food processor attachment for my Chef is too small and is also considerably more expensive than either this or the Ninja Compact IQ, which are the two to which I've narrowed my selection. I'm leaning towards this one, but will see if I can find an equally useful video for the Ninja. It's so refreshing to see a really useful video without any faff and messing about. Thank you for posting this.

Hi. i haven't made peanut butter yet but i have crushed pistachios in this machine to make Baklava and it worked fine
