This is a very concise video and although I could not understand the dialogue the step by step and very clear video would make me confident enough to do this myself. I wasn't confident to do the 100K timing belt change on my 2013 Triton as I couldn't find any instructional information at the time but after seeing this I will do the 200K change myself. Please advice , Balance Belt broke while driving and I am lucky no damaged to the engine as its still drives ok. I am planning to to replace the full timing kit including a new balance belt. This clip really helpful. Can u please advice me how to keep timing for Balance belt? (as Balance belt spoket could be on wrong timing due to snapped belt while driving )

Balancer shaft belt broke on mine also can the shaft be 180 out at all or can you just put it back to mark on the gear to case and all is fine?

@@chicopepito9818yes po try nyo paandarin na nakatangal ung outside belt kung mawawala ung ingay. Step by step procedure para malocate ung ingay. Kung lagitik puede rin pong sa valve clearances or sa supply pump, pero possible lng pong panggalingan hindi ko sisabing doon na ang pinggagalingan ng lagitik, mainam po na gamitan nyo ng stethoscope para malocate kung saan ung lagitik, sana makatulong po.

Sir the camshaft rotates at the half the speed or revolution as the crankshaft, so for every 360 degrees of rotation for the crankshaft the camshaft(s) only rotate 180 degrees. That means it takes 1440 degrees to make full cycle.[ Intate,Compression,Power,Exhaust ]

First step to do is rotate the crankshaft and put the number 1 piston to 15° or more before Top dead center (purpose so that piston and valves not hit each other) and then rotate the camshaft and align the moving mark to the stationary mark of the camshaft and that's the time to rotate the crankshaft and put it in top dead center and align all the markings.

Clockwise rotation ang crankshaft important thing is bumaba ung piston no 1 para hindi magsalubong ung piston at valves and it then itapat mo ung mga markings ng camshaft then isunod mo ung crankshaft marking, then ung mga balancer pulley marking then akabit mo ung mga timing belts.
