I love how these legends come on the show and seem to genuinely enjoy having a conversation with Big Red and Diesel. Then outta nowhere Tim’s like, “Thanks for coming on the show bud but ya gotta fuck off now k byeee.”
I was just saying that LOL like 10 guests sit there in confusion like wtf just happened, the same way he ask a question then say yeah that's cool and then just blows on to something completely different
People don’t realize how old 59 is, Tyson didn’t look good in his early 30s but there’s this assumption that he’s going to one tap Jake Paul (a bigger, juiced up, decent boxer in his 20s)
I know it’s easier said than done but I feel like these interviews would go a lot smoother if you just have a conversation. Have some topics written down that you wanna talk about incase theirs any awkward pauses but these interviews are a bit awkward. It seems like Tim asks a question and waits for them to be done and asks another question that’s off topic. Felt like you rushed him off the pod after his last answer to. Just ride off the convo !
Great episode Tim. Eddie is the reason I feel in love with MMA. His Chandler fights are 2 of the best Mma fights ever. Go watch. You wont be disappointed.
Tim, I don’t know if you splice your clips from time to time but it does seem like you end your interviews so abruptly at times. I feel like you can have better transitions on the way out maybe like a recap or something so guests feel like you’re engaged with what they’re talking about. At the end there you just cut Eddie off and sent him on his way. Loved this episode though!
Eddie is a legend of the MMA scene. His warriors spirit to give it his all time in and time out must be praised. He’s one of the OG’s still left and he deserves more praise for his credentials. His fight with RDA when he won the title, fights with poirier, Gaethje were the amongst one of my favourites. I wish him all the best after his fighting career, I’m praying he leaves the sport in good health 🙏🏻
TIM, what do you think about parents whose children are in competition jujutsu class and they are giving helpful pointers and giving some instruction but being extremely encouraging and excited in a fun way if that parent has grapple before and has trained martial arts for years
Eddie seems super thoughtful and insightful to me. I love watching his interviews to see what he thinks and sees. The Conor fight is tough but Alvarez had many other big wins and incredible performances. Eddie a monster and won some absolute wars 🔥 The Underground King!

John11 on TH-cam SURELY knows more about weight cutting than the LW MMA GOAT. Max killed himself making 145 for years, if you've ever been around him or attended a weigh in and say him at 145 he absolutely was cutting a extreme amount. The fact that he was never knocked out before is a testament to how elite a fighter he is, nothing more.
@ Adambanks 791 should know next time don’t weight bully and he should fight in his original weight class. Max has the highest weight increase in ufc history. He was 178 pounds on fight day He’s weight bullied everyone and succeeded except against Volk. Now he faced topuria and went to sleep and nothing will change that. Hahahaha. Cope

Love the redhawk! Time your so cool!
Gilbert Burns told a similar story before the Volk fight. He said Ilia knocked out three of his training partners cold using the big boxing gloves.
Best pod on You📺 Salute to you Timbo
