I'm really hyped for this patch , specially for kalista's lore getting explained in such a cool way, I never payed attention to her being a great commander before ruination, and her mini game looks awesome. Lots of beautiful new skins too.

@@johnrheyobligacion687 haven't read a lot of novels so I can't rate it compared to others but I really enjoyed the story and worldbuilding. Also really liked how it bounced from one character's perspective to another

I'd recommend trying the audiobook version as well. It has the original Voice Actors from the game and it enhances the experience even more.

I think she looks terrible in the mobile version. Doesn't look like a spirit at all. Way too bold and formed (the menu version).
The lore thing is cool though. Happy that mobile players to experience a little bit of it without reading the novel (which is really good).
@@SiMeGamer blame China and censorship. If WR gets a separate server just for that country then Kalista and the shadow isle champs will get their skulls and death imagery back.
@@Gencrossbones I don't blame anyone because I don't care because I don't play this game since I play the PC version. I'm just explaining to the OP why Kalista isn't as great as she could've been (the model isn't a glow up imo). Also, not that many non-Asian players. It's not very popular in the West. So them making two separate versions is not only kinda pointless, it is also very costly. If anyone is to "blame" it is the people in the West not playing the game. If it was more popular, maybe it would've been worth it to make two separate servers.

We can actually see a lot of SCARNER spoiler right now such as the tiny creature in the alcove and during the topic change break we can see scarner sting ;) maybe they will add him another patch (reworked scarner)😮
Prolly coz since the rework Scarner is new, the champ will be ported to WR easily.
I don't know, Mundo and Aurelion reworks took months between lol PC and WR. But who knows

I am talking about these examples: *Warwick, Swain, Fiddle Sticks, Urgot, Nunu and Willump, Aatrox, Volibear*
It seems to me that this is a pattern that the reworked League PC Champions are easier to port into Wildrift
Yet we still don't have some of the old champions

@@daybot1634 Except it is not a bug. That is the animation when Jarvan Throws a spear during his 3rd skill. It just usually goes off screen but in Viego's angle he could see it way up high

You have no clue how costly this is for PC League and that unlike LoL PC, WR is getting the champions. It's an event. We already have the champs. And the novel has been out for over a year by this point.
Also, that PVE looks like a terrible experience for PC. This is mobile. It's very different in terms of scope. For PC they could never ship anything similar to this because this is just embarrassing.
Lastly, the engine of WR is very new compared to League PC. This makes it much easier to add new content to it because it was designed from the ground up. PC version has a ton of legacy code and other limitations. It's not even close to how easy it is to create brand new experiences.
Take what you get on mobile and enjoy it. As a League PC player I can tell you nobody properly cares and there is no need for it. The game on PC is far more complex and interesting to play, imo, so that is more than enough. It does not require fluff. The lore being unlockable is also weird. It means that you will forever have part of the lore locked if you didn't finish the event. That's like having a comic book with torn out pages on your shelf. Sure, you can read it, but why would you bother when you know it's incomplete. For PC you can just go to the website and read this stuff. Having it in the client is nice (or having a link to it) but most players don't give a fk.
I hope the event is fun. I read the book and it's really good. Cool lore told in a very nice way 😊

Immortal Journey Talon looks AMAZING, thank you very much for bringing it to WR. The mains love it on PC so it's great to see it in WR now :)
I'm sorry for bothering you and my bad english, but I was wondering why PC players love that skin? I think High Noon looks better than Immortal Journey.
Immortal Journey is an Epic skin but feels as if it was a Legendary. It brings a complete new majestic look and also changes Talon's armblade + shurikens theme to swords only. The skin feels smooth, clean and stands out from any other skin because of how unique it is. Talon feels more like a samurai-assassin with it. It's simply way too unique and smooth compared to any other skin that he has.

Both WR and main LoL should display the first drake during champion select. The changes it makes to terrain are something that could definitely influence picks / bans.

Can't believe we got General Kalista in WR first when its been requested for years already.
How bout fixing matchmaking mechanic? I dont mind waiting extra time to have better teammate and opp. Instead they just match a low kda with a high kda of the same rank to reduce wait time. Ended up w so many peoples being where they shouldnt be.

It doesnt help we add a thousand extra things and a million skins but havent fixed the last stuff.
And honestly I feel more love needs to be put into the Wild Pass. Its good but the skins feel basic and bare minimal.

It's really fun that fighters are getting WR exclusive mechanics or abilities, but
I REALLY want an upgrade for Yasuo, who's ult still ver underwhelming, and the best thing he does is building the attack speed he needs to actually do something with the ult until you buy the crit items.
Would be nice to see all those fighters getting stuff more convenient for their actual vialbe builds and mechanics.
FINALLY getting excited for a new patch - I hope this one will bring more players, more content to make this game enjoyable again just like it's first two years.
Question: Do we ever get support for 16:10 aspect ratio ? i basically have no FOV on my Xiaomi pad 6 its way to zoomed in. It would be really nice if we can get it even on all devices with the addition of black bars if someone would see to much, just like on the PC with Ultrawide screens in Valorant.

Im worried about the alcove top lane buddy. Part of top lane is having to freeze lane in a countered matchup, but now you gotta be extra careful because your already stronger matchup can just get an extra minion to make life harder.
Sorry for the bad news Brad but this is a Chinese game now. Chinese LOVE LOVE LOVE early game champions and rage quit if early game doesn't go their way. They have a limited playtime by their government and Riot balances it around that. Chinese didn't know how to play talon and they have buffed him out of balanced. They want all lanes to be early game champs and the faster the game the better for them.

@@SongsAboutHappinessquite literally, early is just plain stat check and if the enemy got a champion with better numbers there's no way they don't snowball for the rest of the game, had toplaners roam all game after they got first tower and they don't lose gold nor exp because they're that broken that keep winning with only one item.

@Pailott1719 right, listening to the community about how 90% of every ranked game played is an atrocious waste of time as its nothing but losses incurred by their flawed system that didn't need changed in the first place. Or how about the fact they lock legend queue behind master rank doubling down on their system designed to punish players for actually playing the game well.
I can totally see the player retention if it isn't addressed. It's completely sad when people with stats pages of 40% win rates are climbing to ranks they dont deserve because the system is piggy backing them there while anyone 55% and over gets bogged down by a full team of these vegetables who don't have the slightest clue how to perform at all.
Like it's honestly embarassing. Embarassing for them having to feed and go negative kda every game because riot is intent on penalizing good players and embarassing for riot for letting it happen in the first place.

• Baron, Scuttle, Red/Blue Buff change like PC.
• Chemtech Dragon.
• Jungle Pet system.
• Add Akali PC skills that's missing (where she can dash to her dagger when hit her smoke)
• Add Syndra PC skills that's missing (can drag minions or jungle monster to throw them)
No the last patch is confirmed to be arcane based and the ixtal champions are gonna be Qiyana,Nidalee or Neeko and Skarner noone asked for Milio and Neeko and Qiyana are some of the most requested champions

I don’t like the crab 🦀 thing top, that nerfs ranged top champs like teemo and kennen. Also, as an MF main, the changes to her passive were not needed and actually nerfs her. Lethality MF no longer works now. 😂

Very surprised by immortal journey coming and I'm very curious about new Master Yi rework; for sure will be broken, but WR needs to be more independent from PC and I like it. I'll look forward for the new game mode with Kalista and her history; that's a big hit to our game! Thanks, folks! Long life to Wild Rift! ( Bring our competitive scenery back!!!)

They added Viego once it was only for practice. Also Kindered is bugged when doing pratice, the champ selection doesn't change after change of champ.

@@SchizoXHaust You can avoid boosted people by playing in teams of 5, yes, but don't you think there are issues worth mentioning regarding the ranked system and matchmaking? Having nearly half the playerbase at the highests rank renders it pretty much worthless and the term "top player" rather vague, while showing that the game mode itself is a joke..
There is no issue in the match making for me, I consider it as all random. Focus on yourself, you will not always win every game, and there are just really bad players. One of the league devs already answered this conspiracy with the matchmaking. Don't always look at your team, look at yourself and give them the winning condition by ganking them and know the enemy's win condition, punish it and secure your win. As the dev said there are only 4 noobs on your team, don't make it 5.
