I usually run the tac tec but recently bought the matrix level 1 plate carrier because they also make a kid version so my son and I match. Looks like a jpc which is also nice
2:09 I own that same chest rig in OD (Condor Rapid Assault rig) 10/10 would reccomend.
It is absolutely one of the best large rigs I've seen. Six built-in mag pouches, a slim pouch behind, tonnes of molle real estate, and decent straps. The mesh pocket at the back isn't so much for storage as it is for mesh to keep you cool.

I can vouch for those GX-1000 goggles, they work for hours on end in 90 degree heat with zero problems!
No fogging? Do they work with glasses?
@@erickschaefer5886 I haven’t tried with my glasses but there is a decent amount of space, it really depends on how big your glasses are. If you have a smaller frame set of glasses you should be ok to wear them, but I have large frame glasses. Now as far as your glasses fogging after that I also don’t know. On their own they’re the only I can truly recommend.

Get a sewing needle & thread, add velcro to your battle belt & pants belt to create a two-piece belt!
Hot glue gun to make it even easier. They sell long pieces of Velcro that you can just wear as a belt. Then use the same length opposite side glue that to the battle belt. I don’t think it would be as strong as something made by the actually brand tho. Velcro strength varies depending on the quality of the Velcro.

In fact, on a regular day, it never even comes up. But I'm more comfortable with that part of myself and I see no reason to hide it anymore. No, it's not everything about me, but it IS a part of who I am.

If you can find a military surplus store go there and shop around for mag pouches and other accessories, you’ll save more than if you bought condor. I’m not shitting on condor because they do make some good stuff, but they are a little pricey

My first goggles were the matrix gx1000 and they got shot once and completely fell apart with cracks and snaps in multiple areas on the frame they seem like great goggles and I don't want to discourage from getting them from my experience however that prevented me from playing the rest of the day which kinda sucked

The light that is behind your head that is really bight when you move around, I assume you are to try an use as an edge or hair light. You will get a better edge/hair light effect by having the light off set to the left or right and set about 30°behind and 30° above you, and removing the light directly behind you.

@@sotirigamez5781 I got shot to pieces but it was facking awesome, there was this guy behind cover and it was kinda muddy and I slipped but I managed to fire a single shot and still managed to hit him , it even surprised him 😂😂😂 the ref was laughing his ass of but it was really funny to me. I don’t know if I will continue this hobby tho since it’s quit expensive and it really scares the shit out of me sometimes 😅 maybe an abandoned building or some big landscapes would be more my type (this was cqb if I’m not mistaken)

I bought a we ak74un from evike and it's still stuck at the customs CBSA, did someone from Canada ever got a GBBR rifle delivered to him of bought from USA ?
For the mesh mask: its not safe because the bbs can shatter and make sharp fragments that can hurt you so use at your own risk
I got a bit of a head start since I got a 120$ pistol for like 20 at a thrift shop
This will be my loadout in the hopefully near future: Pistol (USP match) ($185), a shirt ($2), a jacket ($10), jeans ($15) and a mask ($50)
If you don't have a rifle aeg yet, then don't get the pistol. There are great beginner rifles that are around the same cost as the usp.

@@samsdoodlesandrandomstuff9424 so, I have 2 recommendations. The first is a lancer Tactical gen 2 or gen 3 aeg. I know Lancer Tactical gets a lot of hate for having had quality control, but I've had 3 of them and they all work great. These come around 150-160 dollars for a gen 2 and about 180-190 dollars for a gen 3 which just came out. The second recommendation is kind of "the starting gun" and this is the g&g Combat machine 16. This one comes at around 180 dollars and so many of the pros started with this one.

My first loadout was my paintball mag fed loadout and that was about 1k after about 5 years of building on it with bday money💀
Okay so rn I’m running around $400-600 worth of gear. Top I’m running a dry fit black long sleeve, 5.11 gray cargo pants and 5.11 belt, mechanix gloves, with a WAS universal holster, with a condor cap, (name of generic black plate carrier), a we tech m9 and a cyma m4, with one Tigris half mesh mask, shooting glasses, balaclava, and just a pair of back shoes.
Disclaimer you can get cheaper stuff but that’s where I landed because I put a couple stuff on m4 like a red dot and like 6 mid caps.

@Wayward Airsoft I like M4s and and I also have love for AKs too I really like tactical ones more than the classic wood furnish and I really like the Arcturus full metal AK series shown on airsoft GIs channel. I feel like an M4 would probably be the best starting platform in terms of availability for mags and all else
@Wayward Airsoft oh cool yeah I seams like I mostly see people talking about Lancer Tactical M4s especially for cheap ones. I most just don't like m16 style sights I prefer a flat rail with leaf style flip ups.

GLOVES will save you from pain. I remember turning a corner in a building and a guy in a corner hit me right in the knuckle and that HURT so yes gloves are good.
I think I would rather spend $150 on a nice mask and then just wear jeans and a shirt.

As a plus sized guy it’s hard to find gear that’s comfortable or looks good on me so I usually play in casual sweats and two layered shirts with short sleeve on bottom and long sleeve on top. This video was great though, very informative and showcases a good amount of gear
