【A Grade Food Tour】Vancouver Must-Eat Restaurant Recommendations | Southeast Asian Restaurants Vietnamese Cuisine | Canadian Food
Spicy hot laksa? Highly recommend Pho with a sweet broth as a Top 3 choice.
This time, I want to introduce you to Southeast Asian restaurants. I tried a fusion restaurant that I quite like, where the spicy hot laksa was surprisingly well-matched and delicious. Then, I tried a popular restaurant, and finally, I'll introduce you to a Pho place that I personally consider to be in the Top 3!

Uncle b: Thank you for listing the restaurant names and addresses! Greatly appreciate! I am visiting Vancouver end of July! Will try some of these restaurants! Banana leaf has been around in Vancouver for many years! My family’s favorite!
A Vietnamese French fusion restaurant named Linh Cafe is worth the visit! Pho is very authentic especially the broth! Garlic frog is good! Disappointment was the ice coffee! Do go during off hours! Otherwise always have to wait for tables! High ceiling and decent decor! Watching again in Southern California!

I recently visited an amazing modern Vietnamese fusion restaurant called Pho & Roll by Wooden Fish (2323 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC V5Z 2T9, Canada). It seems to be new. I tried the beef carpaccio and Pho Bo; both were excellent. I will definitely visit again. This restaurant will be featured later in one of our episodes, but I wanted to let you know about it first in case you're interested and want to visit during your time in Vancouver.
