High bro, can I ask, did you fix your motor? I have a 48v 1500w, I need to replace the hall sensor PCB but don't know which hall sensor type, did the 41F work for you bro? Any info would help, thanks for Scotland 🏴

Not exactly testing is it? lol. Fault symptoms would be motor not starting from stand still, requiring motor to be moving before motor would cut in. When motor moving running rough like a misfire on a petrol engine and lack of power. Its usually just one sensor fails. Look at the part number on the sensor and google it to find replacements on Ebay. Sometimes it can also be broken wires between controller and motor (any of the large or small wires)...
What is the glue that is been used in the video? Or better what is the best recommended glue I have to use since I guess the hall sensor has to support High temperatures?
Most basic silicone can withstand hub temperatures, but you can use automotive gasket silicone to be safe just make sure it doesn't have any metals in it.
Late comment, but... you put the original hall sensor on a microscope and read what part it is (if you have good eyesight or a camera with macro zoom you can just read the part) and order it.
@@kopazwashere I tried the first thing, and even Google didn't know what is it. back then I was looking for a quick answer, not everybody has to know electronics :) FYI was replaced with a different one and is working since
you get a sensorless controller like phaserunner. your halls should blow up that often unless you're overheating the motor though... consider putting some statorade with a heatsink.
Hey friend how are u? Let me ask you, did you used the sensor 41f in tais case of yours?

Does that bit of thin paper have to be between the hall sensor and the copper wire on rhe motor
is your old pcb BK1354.1 ? thank you.
Where can I buy those hands?
lol i love how he just grabs the fast hand drill and pops those screws off....
Then edits out the part where they take the lid off, lol.
Where can I purchase this part?
Where can I buy a hall sensor .! I need for my wheel 36v 500wt
What glue did you use?
Hii where can i get the hall sensor with board from for 48v 750w brushless motor
where i can get one of these sensors?
Where do you buy the sensor ?
Cool . I have a burn out 1500w hub . Can i get a stator to buy for it ? If yes where can i get it?
what sensors model needed?
What Value of wall Sensor did you use for that Higher Wattages?
PNP/NPN/PNP > 120 degrees
What exactly volts your hub motor
???
What is your failure symptoms
he is f00king dum answers no questions
let keep up bros, i'll test with a multimeter tommorow, if i detect one dead, i film that from diag to fix totally it !! with more details possible !!
This sensor model?
Good soldering.
gracias por compartir su video, podria por favor decirme cual es la referencia de los sensores que uso
Son 41f o 3141 seguramente otra configuraciones son e49 con n602 y e 49 sensor 1 sensor 2 (n602) el de el medio y sensor 3 e49

Great video.
Question…does it matter if the hall sensor is unipolar or bipolar?
/Bklyn👑
Just replace with like for like.Simples.
What about temperature sensor can u add temperature sensor to this or any hub?
where did u buy this board?
The subject of the video is very good. but the video quality is poor
Great@
Where can I buy hall sensor replacement? Thanks
Na minha tem um fio branco solto e normal
What u have used after installing hall sensor??is that glue or any sticking material??plz mention name

exactly, you dont need the board. just take the number of the sensors and replace all 3. Total will be like $7
@@spinnanz yea but the quesion is which ones to buy? Are they the AF4110, the ss410, the 3144? Which one?
