The thing is, some nasa employees have patches with current mission patches. Most of those mission patches are old, but some old timers still wear em who were around during that time. Also, some jackets from alpha industries require you to dry clean them, which imo kinda sucks since that will be the only option of cleaning them, I will perhaps try to purchase one maybe on navy blue, even though I like the white ones but I just know they will get easily dirty especially when your around machines 🥲 if only people knew...

I agree. The original fit ma-1 looks terrible, too puffy. The slim fit VF 59 looks and fits better as it doesn’t have much padding at all. I just bought one and the fit/look is 🔥

You are heavier than Me on weight . You are 75 kg . I am 70 kg . I guess for TIGHT THEY DON'T MEAN the jacket is too SMALL . IF you said that Xs fits you perfectly then I don't see why it shouldn't fit me good too. I guess might be a little bit short on the waist maybe but as I have got already a size S on the blue one I am trying to figure out where the waist of XS could end . I guess even if I am 1.80 the length of waist on the elastic band should be fine as the S doesn't look to me too short . IT LOOKS normal . Absolutely Normal in front of it . I bought one of those rain green jacket AI, paid 145$ @ Nordstroms a total piece of crap junk jackets made in China for 2 $, I was stuck in rain shower downpour the rain penetrated the jacket I was socked, had to pull out my old 10-year-old north face lightweight rain jacket.

All Alpha flight jackets & parkas are made in China due to cutting production costs in US, materials and all are original I really saw no difference in quality when compared to my old Alpha jackets from 80's and 90's, whoever claims different doesn't know. The only difference is that the old ones are a bit puffier regarding insulation and the newer ones fit me much better. I'm specifically referring to the MA-1's. The new CWU's, 45 P hooded, N2B's & N3B's absolutely no difference whatsoever.
Apple iPhone, laptops, mostly all top brand sneakers etc are assembled from original materials in China and yet still they are best on the market. It's all about companies cutting production costs , enough said 👍🏻

It's just a pen pocket, not ammunition. The zipper pocket is for things like ear plugs, gum, badge and other light items.
