I had a lottttt 🤣 I traveled back home every semester break for 4 years and before then I already had some travel history. Since I did assisted services, they gave me that guidance at the visa office.
Can I take 2 passport like the old and new passport attached together since I have travel history
Yes if you want but you won’t submit it. You’ll only have to make photocopies of the travel history and submit your current passport.

Thanks for sharing. You mentioned about assisted service going with documents. Those for self upload did they have to go with any documents? What document(s) do you go with if you did self upload?
I don’t have a lot of info about it but someone who did self upload said “For self upload, you go with your appointment date print out, the first page of your document checklist, original passport and photocopy of your passport”.

After you make payments and pick your biometric date.
After printing your statement of account on 28th, did you remove the PoF service, or what happened? Are you not supposed to leave the PoF until you get your visa?

No. They should all just be in A4 format. They’ll be scanned and returned to you. Only your passport and checklist will be taken. My marriage certificate was not in A4 so I photocopied and presented the photocopy in A4 format

Hello! Can you choose the date when your visa starts? By that I mean, by your intended flight date?
So when filling your form you’ll be asked for the date you intend to travel and when your course starts, it’s at the discretion of the visa officer to pick the date your visa starts

Plz talk about the process of coming with your wife. Is it better coming together or to go to UK first, make way for her and then bring her along? Plz respond as time is of the essence for me.
Hi Godwin, when applying for your Visa, simply indicate that your wife will be joining you. Make sure you do that. Then you can either apply together and travel together if you can afford it or you apply and travel then when you sort out accommodation cause it can be a hassle then she applies to join you. Provided she has enough funds in her account when applying, she’ll be granted the visa. The UK govt doesn’t want families to be apart cause of studies. Hope this answers your question

I did priority so it took 5 days but I heard that priority has been put on hold so it’s normal standard which is 15 working days

Thank you for this wonderful but my school will not give your transcripts on your hand they have to send the transcript that right to the university so my question is that must I put transcripts on the Visa processing
Only if it’s requested on your CAS. Alternatively you can use UKEAS. Schools send transcript to UKEAS

Is it true that one can find or get a staff at the UK Embassy that can help one to pay study visa fees on his behalf with their Pounds/Dollar ATM card or foreign acct?
I’ve never heard of such. You apply for the visa on TLS website, you can’t go to TLS center unless you have an appointment and to get an appointment, you need to have paid for your visa and IHS fee

How did you pay for the priority option, VI fee and assisted service? Paid with your cards on the site? Paid some at TLS VI?
Priority and VI fee was paid with a uk card cause it was in pounds but you can also pay with a dollar card. Assisted service with a Nigerian card cause it was in naira. I paid for courier with my card at the TLS center

Ok during my school process I found out in my waec result my date of birth isn’t the same as dt in my passport??will Dey check my waec result at the embassy and will dt be of any effect positively or negatively????
So I’ve been told that you can get an updated result from waec but it’s expensive and usually takes 3 weeks to 3 month so alternatively you can use an affidavit. A few people said they used affidavit and it worked for them. But please feel free to make further enquiries and pick which works best for you

IHS depends on your course duration but you’ll get everything from the gov.uk site, I can’t remember what I paid and it might have changed now cause I did mine over 8 months ago.
