This was an emotional first 24 hours with a newborn - it was a rollercoaster! We start right where we left off in my official birth vlog 2023. Baby girl has an unexpected NICU visit because she was 3 weeks early/live birth at 37 weeks. We also end up introducing our baby to friends and family. And most important family member of all.. our toddler meets her baby sister for the first time.

It is such an unimaginable feeling to give birth and not have the baby with you. My daughter had very complex medical condition and postpartum I didn’t have my baby. She stayed in NICU for months, so I get it you handled it well ❤
I’m sorry you had to go through that. You’re so strong for being apart from your baby for months 🤍🫶🏼

At 37 weeks the babies lungs and everything should be fine. My first was born at 37 weeks she was perfectly healthy and my second which I’m due in about 6 weeks I’ll be having her at 37 weeks as well.
Yes absolutely, I think it was explained because she came out so fast and she was a little early, those two in combo made it a little harder for her to breath. Also she had small nostrils apparently ahah. Congratulations on your second!!!!
