I literally pulled this from a book with 400 pages that’s over 100 years old. 🤔 Either the joke went over my head or this person’s acid just kicked in. 😆🤷🏻♀️

Most apartments around here require that rent not be more than 33% of income when you apply. I agree that I could make like 50% work.
