haha thats so me, wanna know my build? its score shield wise glasses and sp atk specs, i adore both dream eater / shadow ball and hex / sludge bomb moveset, but sadly most people just trash gengar's potential and call it "weak" just because its a harder pokemon to play as
@@braldoca yeah that will happen if you use virgin dream eater + shadow ball use Chad hex. How gengar has no mobility you can dash away with hex pretty easily also it has most mobile unite move ever
@@kabalim9476 you need to pick slug bomb (level 5) and hex (level 7)... Once you hit the slug bomb to an enemy ( it will give 4 shots approximately) In simple words : till the slug bomb timer is counting.. You can do hex with unlimited time.. Note : try to use on the enemy who got attacked by slug bomb to active your hex.. If you hex on the enemy (who doesn't get hit by slug bomb) you are dead 😂😂😂 It's kinda tricky but with practice it's super fun... For more.. You can check out my live stream... There is no bug, may be they will nerf but gengar is well balanced , you just need a tackle/quick attack/dash attack to dodge gengar hex and u win against him

how to use hex continuously?
You need to hit hex on opposing pokemon that was hit by sludge bomb if im not mistaken
Must use level 30 shell bell
First hit sludge bomb then hex continuesly

Gengar is definitely on the weak side. He has no mobility for a speedster, he needs new moves.
