Wow, really awesome and creative! I play both violin and jazz guitar and would have a hard time pulling this off. It's cool that you switched between the bowing and pizz - it totally changes the vibe for the solo section and keeps it interesting, just like your improvisational choices. Inspirational!
what are you recommending for loop pedals these days? I could see myself getting into this type of busking at the market once (if) I learn how to play, LOL
Ditto x2 is the pedal I recommend for beginner loopers, and I'm actually using it here in this video since it can be battery powered easily :) It's idiot simple, has a dedicated stop button and just works! My fancy looper is the Boomerang iii, fantastic looper with tons of functionality
Oh and my dissertation was basically a big guide book on how to do exactly this sort of looping thing, including a bunch of sheet music for charts like this - available for free at www.cutt.ly/DMA
@@MissMoonshineDance Violin pickup of some kind, instrument cables, an AC-DC 9-VOLT ADAPTOR to plug in when you don't want to eat through batteries.. There are lots of amps out there, but the top battery powered ones IMO are the Fishman Loudbox Charge (what I'm using in this vid) and the Boss S1 pro. Not sure if you've got a pickup already, but I made a little guide to amplifying acoustic violin with some of the ones that I'm familiar with that you can check out at sizviolin.com/amplify-acoustic-violin
Sometimes, but most classical stuff has less of a repetitive harmonic form so it gets tricky to lay down the harmonic framework in a reasonable amount of time (unless you’re playing canon in D :))
Thank you! Sorry but since this is improvisation (made up on the spot) I do not have any sheet music. You are welcome to transcribe from it as you wish though!

I get the Bill Evans version of this stuck in my head all the time! Beautifully done haha
I'm Japanese. It's a beautiful tone that brings tears to my eyes.

Fantastic
Wooohoooo love it
Always very inspiring to listen to you! Thanks a lot from Turkiye. If not asking too much, what’s the brand/maker of this five-stringer?
Thanks! This is the London 5 String by Gary Bartig of AcousticElectricStrings.com - Fantastic fiddle for the price!
@@SteffenZeichner thanks a lot for the reply. All the best!
🔥🔥
Thanks so much for this. It's akin to a fine haircut... It leaves you feeling handsome.

Why oh why have you not already appeared on "America's Got Talent"?
You have a mad skill my friend. Just curious, do you live in the US?
Aw thanks! Yes I'm based in Miami, FL!
Do you ever do classical stuff on loop? Passacaglia would be so sick to duet yourself on

Hey ! I like your manner : can you send me your partition and solo, so that I can work it (excuse my language !) ?

i sure hope that mom left a tip, since her baby was into it and cried when they whisked him away
