Always enjoy your tutorials. You make it look easy. For the string of the mittens, i found if you draw a line next to it with a pencil, the scanncut will recognize it and will leave the mittens connected. Just use white eraser, not red eraser to remove pencil line
Hi, great reminder! I've done that in the past and totally forgot. I bet it would have saved a few more diecuts and I will have to remember this tip if I try another P13 pad.
I really enjoy this type of video as it gives me inspiration for using up my pads and not wasting anything Love all your cards and watch Kristie Marcotte as well
I’m SUPER EXCITED to see that you were able to use your Scan n Cut to cut out the images at the start of the video. It gives me hope that I can use my Scan n Cut in this fashion! Thanks for the ideas!
Great video! Love the paper pad!! Thanks SO much for showing the scan n cut part because I’ve been wondering if it’s worth it. That was impressive! I agree, it did a nice job on way more than I would have by hand so that’s a win. 😁💙💙💙
Glad it was helpful! I LOVE my Scan and Cut. There are certainly times when coordinating dies would be easier but it does a great job cutting out stamped images and can do so much more.
Thanks for showing this paper pad. I liked the sweater cards and the deer in the wreath best. As always I enjoy hearing your design process and how you use up scraps.
Beautiful cards Jess. I too am a big fan of Christie Marcotte. I think both of you are wonderful card-makers and I look forward to your new videos. I also appreciate your coordinating blog posts. I'm not 100% sure, but maybe "sprig" is the word you're looking for? Have a great day.
Thanks so much for sharing your great designs - they are so quick and easy (well, relatively) and you can get so many cards from just one pad plus your additional cards. You mention the glue you are happy with, but it's not listed and I didn't quite pick up what you said. I'm looking for a really strong glue and would love to know which one you use, please? Many thanks. Lots of great tips here.
It was so fun to se what you did with this pad 😁 I did a 10 cards 1 kit a month or two ago with these lovely papers. It has such lovely papers ❤️ and they really shine on your creations.
I have a Brother Scan and Cut and I have not been successful with it. Do you have a video that more slowly shows how you got that to cut without the black outline? Thanks in advance. I appreciate any help.
Jess, do you remember what stamp set you got the stamp from? I’m looking for small sentiments and I love warm wishes or winter wishes, etc in stead of merry Christmas all the time. Love these cards and I have this paper in my stash.
I believe it is from a Hello Bluebird stamp set but I'm not sure. I use Scrapbook.com Wordfetti FaLaLa a lot when I want a small holiday/Christmas themed sentiment.
Maybe do a tutorial w/ a 12 x 12 ? I realize the patterns are a little large but I have some12 x 12 i would like to use up and a tutorial would be helpful. Thanks Jess.
I've never heard of Barely Art glue before so I looked it up on Amazon. It says that it's not damaged when shipping during the cold winter weather. Art Glitter Glue is not shippable below 40 degrees. I think I'll give Barely Art Glue a try. Thanks so much for sharing.
Nice work. I have such a hard time doing that. But I think I will try :) You're mentions a 'cristie marcut' (don't know how to spell her name and can't find her) can you please spell her name for me?
You should definitely give it a try! Kristie Marcotte: th-cam.com/channels/cj-jYI7SFdJ477sTGlSu3w.html I'll add the link to the video description as well. I had meant to but it slipped my mind.
I do my cards for church and would love where I could send some more After my stroke this is all I can do and love to do them My husband lets me all I can do
Here's a page on my website where I have gathered a bunch of places that accept handmade cards. I hope you of them is right for you. jesscraftsblog.blogspot.com/p/card-drive-resources.html
I love this paper pad! My fave card was the one with the large deer head.
Thank you!
Lovely paper pad and you definitely did it justice. Difficult to choose a favourite. Very nice clean and simple layouts.
Thank you so much! It is such a beautiful pad. I'm motivated to use up some more paper pads so that I can make room for P13 pads!
I love your design layouts. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
So great to see what can be done with this interesting and beautiful paper. It looked daunting to me.
Thanks, so glad you liked it. Their papers were a bit challenging but quite beautiful.
I like your choice of card designs with this paper pad. This is my second viewing of your tutorials and I love them. Thank you!
OMG! The Scan N Cut is so much easier than using the Picscan mat with the Silhouette!

It did a great job. I think I have some ideas for how I could get it to work even better next time, but what a time saver!

Pretty cards! I would’ve been overwhelmed by all those busy patterns but you rocked it!
Thanks!
Love how clean and bright your cards are. They are all so lovely!!
Thank you so much!
All the cards were beautiful and the colors from card to card are matched so what I'm saying is they would be nice to gift a box of them.
