The bank has already started foreclosure proceedings on the house and his asking price at 380 million is still a ripoff provided that his actual loan amount with interest is around 110 million, given that he spent 10yrs trying to build this bland piece of property, maybe he could get away with selling it for around 150 million...just saying lol
