I miss seeing the backpiecces. They were the signature of the Mummers. Maybe consider using it as a tradition for other parades or even after performance on NYD.

Alex, maybe consider asking your guests to explain what they do in day-to-day lifre as a profession & kind of the makeup of their families, like # kids & ages.

I am just so glad you are able to do these podcasts (& will miss them on break). I really like hearing about some of the old times & history since I am new to the tradition I find it very interesting. Uptown did a few episodes & pooped out. Now Durning is at least doing a very brief meet their members that is kind of nice too. Do your band's members not want to be interviewed or what?
