「無國籍」，彷彿一個幽靈的存在。
他們存在於這個國家，卻不被承認為公民。
他們無法享受一切基本生活的保障，
教育、醫療、住房、就業機會……即使付上代價，他們也不一定可以擁有。
而這一群無國籍孩童，在馬來西亞，就已經有30萬人這麼多。
有些，因為父母在原鄉找不到工作，選擇漂泊到馬來西亞，
「因為在這裡，我們至少可以活下來。」
有些是非法移民的後代，他們已經「回不去了」。
有些情侶因為沒有註冊結婚，所生下的孩子，就無法擁有一紙公民。
他們像活在隧道裡的人，麇集了外界的聲浪，但他們的聲音，可曾被世界聽見？
我們可不可以做一些什麼，讓他們過上自己想要的人生，
或僅僅是，活成一個人基本該擁有的權利？
