7 eurythmy exercises for invigoration

In cooperation with the eurythmy therapist Noëmi Böken (youwithme.eurythmy GmbH) the practice Kairos in CH-Arlesheim produced a film about the 12 exercises from the 5th lecture of the eurythmy therapy course (GA 315) by Dr. Rudolf Steiner. 7 exercises, which can be practiced alone and without previous knowledge, were selected.
We would like to emphasize here once again that these exercises are hygienic eurythmy for general invigoration and are not therapeutic eurythmy exercises.

For "Ah Devotion" the sound is Ah as in "Father", not as in Day. "Ah Veneration" is also a good translation.

Written vowels are confusing in English. For "Love E", it is not the sound EE, but A, as in "Day".

Love ay in english is the correct sequence, not Love eee.

Non English eurythmists so often make the mistake of using letters rather than sounds. Letters work on German, Dutch, French etc but not in English. This creates confusion and error.
