You are right to expect a detailed quote for any work you get carried out. I was in the Motor Trade for well over 40 years, I still hear horror stories, poor work, overcharging etc. it should not be happening in 2021. I email companies for quotes and prices for various work, not just on cars. Its amazing how many never respond to them. Look forward to a post service video.
