I was just doing some random Oreha hard on one of my alts(@1370) and a 1490 Sorc got matched. Tbh he carried (cause he killed the bosses so fast we didn’t get a chance to deal enough dmg to not be called carried) but no one asked for it.
Then after the run a Legendary RE book popped up and he was guilt-testing us by saying how can we bid if he is the one who carried us (actually the other two peeps fell for it and told they won’t).
But I bid for 75% of market price, then he started raging and being toxic with me. Idc dude I’m a fully equipped Spec crit Arti with lvl 7 Barrage gem, 4x3 engravings and Lostwind 12, I never asked for a carry. In fact I matchmade cause the team doesn’t matter and I can carry it myself (Though not as much as a 1490 char) and I didn’t want to wait in Find Party when I don’t need to.
Yesterday I create with my main lobby oreha Free carry no bid book guess what I hadn't gold with me and one guy goes richer after the book drop People today are shit i do it all time first time happens and the clever one stays afk all phases...
In EUCentral i only saw “free bus no bid” in oreha abyss dungeon and people respect that.
Other thing is Argos bus, if you pay and drivers don’t put “no bid” passenger is able to bid. First: cause u paid for clear. Second: wasnt a “no bid” rush
people only respect it cuz nothing drops, get someone with decent roster in there and see the price go up with grudge books
@@kek651 i got 2 passengers with 80 ish roster and another one with 130, a keen blunt appeared and they gave me the book for freee , seems like people do respect that

Here is my logic:
There is no way in game for busser to do raid solo. He literally can't enter it solo, which means that there is no scenario where he gets the book for himself. Whether he chose to take gold and bus or do it with normal party, there is 7 other people. So argument that he is not getting what should be his is wrong, because it was never his in the first place. He just changed his team, therefore it's ok to bid on paid bus.
No bid oreha bus is different as the bid is basically rng payment.
at the end of the day, you cant stop people from bidding. unless the dev made a mechanic for this or a mechanic for busing in general, nothing you can really do to stop them
When i bus and a legendary book drop, just bid, wether its oreha bus or argos bus, i dont care. We got the same amount shared gold anyway. Sharing is love dont be greedy man.
If a busser dont want the passenger to bid, just put it on title. Its simple :)
Here's my opinion, you don't want the customers to bid say it in the title like the oreha carries. You don't care about having an open bid then say its an open bid or don't say anything
even if you put that on your title, there will always be that one douchebag who still bids or that dumbass that doesn't read titles.

idk, in my opinion if you dont want people to bid on books, you shouldnt charge for bus as what happens in oreha's, no bid free runs, but once you move to the likes of argos and valtan etc, where people do charge passengers, you cant be seriously expecting a random group of 4-7 people to not bid on a legendary book that drops, especially if its something like grudge
in a perfect world, people would not bid on no bid runs, but everyone will be selfish if grudge or something else expensive drops

if its "no bid" then it should be cheaper. Most of what i see is no bid carry and no gold is charged. seems fair to me.
"Passengers don't do jack shit" that is if you ignore paying for a raid clear. Books are part of the raid clearing rewards therefore they can and should bid. If bus drivers don't want people bidding then can simply say it in their lobbies.
A free carry should be no bid period.

at the end of the day, the bid at the end is not controllable. i wouldn’t trust someone to not bid at the end if legendary grudge was in the loot auction even if it was in the title
if its a thing you expect as a busser, then post it in the listing for full transparency. people with both low gold and time who still want a bus will join. my argos partner bid with one of the riders until he (the rider) paid max price for a book. we got an extra person's worth of profit, everyone else got a free bus, essentially. if the rider didnt bid, we were going to RPS for it at min price (valtan emote pack). it worked out for everyone, minus one of our potential additional profits, but we also didnt make the listing with a 'no bid at end' tag, so thats on us IMO.
If Bus is free Service = no bid
If you pay for bus service then you have right like any other players coz u pay to finish the game as afk players
So you can bid on everything
If no passengers then you cant sell any bus service
on NAE i joined a free aira abyss carry on my alt the other day with "NO BID PLS" in the title and one of the other carried players ended up bidding anyways. either people don't read or don't care to stick to what the literal rule spelled out in the party. felt bad for the party leader but they ended up inviting me to their oreha free carry no bid run right after that cause i was one of the "ok players" who actually listened lol..like when there's 0 gold involved, people who willingly apply to join the party should At Least have decency to follow what party leader wants it ain't that hard.
Well the fact people dont stick to specified rules is sad if its no bid in title then its no bid aither acept it or go other party that dont have that rule well mayself i usualy just cary gildmates alts so far
i had someone bid during a carry even though i set it in the title. it was a legendary engraving that i need. I'm never bussing/carrying again.

the mmo i used to play had a system where when you created the party you could select auto share drops or free for all; in the first scenario everything is shared like LOA auction and the second one would give drops to highest damage. keep in mind this is a selection so you actively decide how you want loot to be treated in your party, better system than LOA imho.
This man is no seeing the fact that there are multiple busses, which make the busses replaceable, but clients are not replaceable, because you wont find customers that are willing to pay you extra gold for bid, and shit, because they will be in a different bus that will be cheaper, faster, and free bid. Capitalism my friend, supply, demand, and money makes the world go round.

People pay for the bus, just the bus. "busers" earn the gold from the bus. Busers also need people to finish it and get rewards, so Anything else is open to anyone. And should be. Unless title says otherwise ofc. But if the buser want free drop, they should lower the cost by a half.
I entered random normal vykas g3 party with my alt and it turned put it was free busing party and igniter book drops and we all agreed not to bid, it was euc.

At no point did the passengers contribute towards clearing the raid. All they do is walk and die so they clearly didn’t do anything.

I've never had an issue finding players to bus but if I ever did, I'd just fill with mates or guildies who need a carry. You are literally buying a carry so how can you even feel like you are contributing towards the clear when you are asking someone else to clear it for you? What is this mentality?
One time I got a 7k cursed doll after a free carry, no one bid, next week a class engraving of 4k gold, 2 dude started bidding I said stop they kept going... At least the third one was on my side and asked the other to stop.
There is no controversy. If people pay for something, they have the right (as the guy driving the bus) to bid. What would be the logic of doing the bus, if you can't bid.... Bus driver already has more gold from selling the bus, already has that going for him, and it's not like he can't bid too.... "You as the passenger doesn't do jack shit" - HE PAYED. HE LITERALLY GAVE YOU GOLD TO DO SOMETHING FOR HIM.

@@ricker6187 and they can. they choose to sell the bus, to make extra profit, if they dont like the way it is, then simply dont do it? if you agree to sell a bus, you are selling a service, a full service. People just want to make maximum profit, they will have their excuses to do so. If you don't want people bidding on your bus, DONT DO A BUS then. If you sell the carry run, well, accept that people payed for a reason.
all bus drivers should just start doing a "no bid bus" on title so ppl wont bid. Thats how ppl know exactly the service they buy and there wont be any confusion about it. The ppl who want to bid can then go just run the raids normally, or buy a bus that doesnt have no bid on title.

I see allot of people changing the raid title to "Free bus no bid " after people join the raid , and that's just not going to stop me from bidding on book .

The way I see it buser got money for clear loot is for anyone. Same way you get paid at work and company gets gift...its companys not yours.

thing is, can't do crap about it. most people in NAEU don't read and don't have common sense. that goes for both english and non-english speakers. my static puts don't apply in our lobbies while we wait for other static members to login, we see people applying. we set up pay before entry for our busses, people come in and say "pay after p2?"
Thats why you only take low ROSTER LVL SPECIALLY IN OREHA.
This game should change the raid system so this bus shit can not be done. Why u even log into a game if u dont play it? You are missing all the fun. Just grind the lower content, get better and then clear the raid u whant. There is no rush.
I don't get the big deal. If the people in your party bid for it you're going to split that gold anyways. The person buying the book is just essentially a middle man taking his cut when he puts the stuff on the market.

Masterloot isn't bad but make it that you can't change it inside the Dungeon/Raid. So you'll pick in lobby and that's it and gets locked then. Else, I see lots of stuff going wrong. But anyway, I always respect the Busses I join with "no bid" I do always ask: If Grudge drops, atleast bid 1K. :D

NA/EU is just ruining the game. I think because they had a footprint....they just copied off of KR and then over priced everything on the market early because of bots and printed gold....The "BUS" system would have been cool if it wasnt for greed and actually helping to get alt characters up to Ilvl so we all can profit. Unfortunately its not like that. Some of the prices in the market are just unreal and its getting worst by the day.

@@sean78745 Yeah, the events wouldn't have made it that bad so early. It's only as bad because of all this BuS culture and gold being dumped in the game that shouldn't have been there. The events didn't really make it bad!
I‘ve been bussing for over a month now and I always tell customers they can bid on Argos, Valtan and Vykas. I dont care.
But for Orehas it‘s strict no bidding.
Looks like KR is more generous towards bus drivers. Perhaps there's huge demand for them so they can get away with these things. That might not be the case for NA/EUC.
3:20 6:45 Thats your definition ( or maybe KR's overall opinion ) what a bus in this game is: "I get you all through this part of content for X gold and I take all rewards from group loot". Period.
Again, things might be different for NA/EUC region. Ideally in this situation there shouldn't be group loot or no one should bid it. Why? because its reward for the team who challenged the boss and cleared it. There's no "team" in bus. Its either one bus driver or one bus driver with 3 carries to get mechs done and rest of them are slots to fill.
Not wrong.. I did specify that this is how it goes in KR and you can't imply that KR is NA/EU because it is not the same at all.. The culture between them are different and people are just a part of it.
I kinda just wish SG convieniently put mechanics that prevent busses in the hard versions of raid just to end all these "controversies". It would definatly help tackle inflation a bit. but it feels like the people complaining the loudest about inflation also run 6 busses per raid per week

I don't see how a bus impacts inflation... it's a reallocation of funds. Just like the market... it doesn't generate any extra. You pay someone a portion of what you would receive weekly already.
If a bus causes inflation, then the market also causes inflation.
@@1knightstand81 it contributes to inflation in the cases where characters get clears they otherwise wouldn't. 1370 lopang slaves getting p3 Argos gold adds more gold to the economy than the p1 they have access to without a bus
@@I_recommend_suicide I mean that's valid. Sure, if couldn't bus a 1370 it would cut down, but most people would just funnel mats and push them to 1400. With the honing buff it's really not that expensive.
I still believe greed is the second biggest contributor of inflation. In a player driven market, prices will rise when people try to squeeze more and more out of each item.
When i start playing EU last week, they do no bid for free carry. which is nice. in NA mehh pay for that shit

Well, in general, it clearly doesn't go as a must. If you pay somebody to go to the shop and buy a lottery ticket for you, you don't give them the potential prize, you just pay them to get you a ticket from the shop. The prize is yours. BUT, I can see somebody stating in the name of the lobby that the bus is NO BID. If so stated, and somebody bids that's a problem, you should not hop onto a bus dictating your own rules.
Since RNG loot in dungeons is not dependent on % contribution of each member, clearing the raid is what unlocks the loot, not "participating". I pay you to clear the raid for me, it unlocks the loot and then we start bidding. You can't "bus" without customers so technically speaking you can't unlock RNG drops without customers, so customers do clearly participate in giving everybody access to the RNG loot. That's why they also by default have rights to bid on it. It's just that instead of doing damage like you, they pay gold. Paid bus + no bid is too much, for a deal to be good either the bid should be open for everyone OR the bus price must be lower in case of a good RNG drop.
Why even play the game if you pay for being carried

Don't run KBW if you don't use Adrenaline 3 since you're lacking crit.. Its better to replace that with Cursed Doll instead.. If you want to do damage tho then you should go with 5x3 build instead because its stronger

You are comparing both regions but also drivers in Korea refund your money whenever they fail. Here, we have to deal with 20 try vykas 3th gate busses. Not the same thing.
they can't solo it cause u still need members to fill up the raid, so u still need passengers to run the buss, kanima often said people are stupid, but sometimes he also say stupid things xD
If drivers agree that they will refund payments with KR standarts, i agree on not bidding on anything. But if i’m gonna get jailed for 2 hours on vykas, naaah, i’ll get as much gold as possible from the drunk drivers

Wrong- they pay the busser for an efficient run. If the busser can't do things on time wastes the passenger's time and can't one shot anything and that's like 90% of busses in NA btw, then by all means the passenger has the right to be compensated for their troubles. Weak ass argument from Kanima who reaks of greed. I don't know how his busses are, but quite honestly I'm sick and tired of hopping into bus runs like Vykas for example and seeing dumb groups fail the stagger enrage multiple times. You bet your ass if something comes out I'm either going to bid for it or drive up the price in the process. It's the least I can get for all these idiot bussers wasting people's time.
Passengers don’t do shit except exist. Obviously you are paying to be there but if ur bus has no wheels then get a refund. If it says no bid don’t bid. If it doesn’t mention it then it’s free reign.

It's not a subject worth creating drama over. Bussing culture is shit through and through, the people engaging in it know how cheesy it is to begin with so they should be able to handle whatever comes with it.
When you start charging people over regular gameplay avenues themselves and not just items in a controlled trading system that's where you crossed a boundary and you are now in a lawless zone. Congratulations, you played yourself if you thought you had busser rights over a bidding system that is always open to everyone.
I love how right now there's lots of talk of fail bussers pretending to be official renowned bussers within set discord groups and on the other side there's bussers complaining carries bid on their loot. It's the perfect shitshow, I just love it; you get what you deserve for engaging in this. Bussing for profit rather than out of goodwill shouldn't be a thing.
The only people arguing it’s ok to bid are mad f2p casuals that can’t bus themselves or people with no integrity.
