When I say the shop is Q U I E T, I mean it! Can't wait for the day to have my own property and get a properly set up facility with AC for my employees so we don't have to run fans all day.
@@KendraCultureApparelStudio No kidding! It's winter here and our guys are super-cold in the print shop. I can't believe how quickly you guys reply. We are in New South Wales Australia. Where are you based?
How are you guys going with your Volts? We are looking at buying our first one after using a compressor run machine for the last 2 decades, we are thinking of the 12 colour Xl
@@KendraCultureApparelStudio They had me replace both Controllers inside the unit and still getting these indexer errors. I can't run a job and I'm now way behind schedule. The technician seems to be ghosting me now after I told him the fix didn't fix the problem. Any idea what would cause the indexer error? Thank you!! :)
@@Xcel360 what's your voltage going into the machine? The servos need consistent power and maybe you're having a short somewhere. I would check the power going into your machine with a volt meter, then check the volts at the controller and make sure you're hitting
@@KendraCultureApparelStudio We got it! The voltage coming in was a little bit off-balance so we switched it to single phase and it balanced out perfectly! Thank you for your help! I really appreciate it!
I’m considering getting that exact same machine but a 12/14. What was the out the door pricing for yours? I’m gonna switch from M&r sportsman to a volt . Nervous but these machines look great!
Hey Paul, I purchased this last October before the price hike, I just however got it installed as shipping took a while, clearly as expected. I think these are somewhere around $90,000 to $100,000 including flashes and set up. I'm happy to hear that you're switching from M&R to these, I think you will be truly impressed with the technology and the ability to do so much, all in a very quiet shop!
@@KendraCultureApparelStudio I must have left there before he arrived. Anatol ...the man....boy oh boy...a piece of work. Lol. Usually not in a good way for employees. Just sayin.
@@marktalbott3835 I personally went to Anatol, spoke with the owner, met the team, and have continued to build a real relationship with them, as I think the times have changed as a whole, and therefore so do people. Some take a little more working up and into things than others. Mr. Anatol is very analytical and there's a lot on his plate when having much of the control over products and development, which I'm sure is stress heavy!

Hopefully he has gotten better in his people skills because he is a tendency to fly off the handle and scream at people especially the Polish laborers who work there. He wouldn't scream at me because he liked me for some reason and knew I would walk out the door if he did. Again I hope the culture has changed there because it was a very negative work environment
Congratulations wish you a great success ahead 😊
your videos are very good, I admire you a lot for your progress in your business, one day I would like to have a business like yours
Thank you! It's been a wild few years, you absolutely can have a business like mine!
Thanks again for another excellent video. So helpful. Congrats on Volt Number 3! I take it you would never go back to a Titan again!

Waa wondering if you've had trouble with the quartz flashing unit..??
In what regard? In general we have various miscellaneous issues 😅

Ours are still running great, flying colors! I would love to get an L volt but not looking to be in the cards
That’s great to hear ours is arriving next week, so excited!
Have you ever had indexer error codes come up on you volt? Or a AL086 on the controllers?
Periodically. If you call service they can put in a ticket for you. I don't have them all memorized but there's a few that are simple 5 min fixes
