I 100% will use this I could never get how to use rge so thank you very much for this information

I saved a world perfectly and made 3 extra copies just incase load it and theres nothing there any fixes or reasons why?

Sadly, no. But I hope the developers will make a console command to change the weather. Perhaps in the next update.
