    do you have to be a manufacturer or can you resell as a middleman?

      Hello and thank you for your comment. Any firm who has a product, service or solution that the government needs can register in SAM.gov and sell to the government.

      This includes product, service, software, manufacturers, dealers, distributors, resellers, sole proprietorships, LLC, Inc's, private companies, publicly traded companies, foreign, domestic, for profit, non-profit, etc.

      Hello. Thank you for your question. Go to SAM.gov and search for the NAICS code for transportation and open solicitations (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc). SAM.gov is the portal for FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Contracts.

      It depends on what the solicitation is asking for. If you have that product and meet the requirements, send in a proposal as a response.
