That lady showing you around is a great negotiator and employee, speaks great english and seems genuinely interested in agreeing a deal, far more enthusiastic than some staff we see. Credit to her.

I'd rent the place just because of that young lady. Not only was she quite pretty but she was an amazing communicator, very knowledgeable and also wasn't afraid to say that something was outside of her authority to discuss which shows a good level of integrity and honesty.
I hope the property owners appreciate what an asset they have in her as she'd make a great person to have on any sales team.

I viewed this condo complex a few years ago when the swimming pool hadn't yet been constructed. The apartments are beautifully furnished and for those who want somewhere quiet to stay then Soi Arunothai would be an ideal location and you certainly won't find better apartments than this in that area. Your friendly guide whose name is Nat, is a delightful person with a sweet personality.

unit 2 is very nice. the fact that the floor plan is not a cookie cutter and it's a corner unit provided a lot of bonus points.

I stayed there for 3 months , i enjoyed my stay there , make sure you you book a condo on the same side of the building , the other side of the building can get too hot during the day.
Wifi and router in the room very good and reliable .

yes the light, which you are experiencing shortly after sunrise, curtains are useless, almost no blackout and no heat protection
What a great option for somewhere to stay and if you were lucky enough to be greeted by your lovely tour guide at the front desk whilst coming and going well that would be a nice way to start the day.

That one bedroom was the nicest, most well designed condo I've ever seen. So many condos look like a psychotic chimpanzee designed them. $23 USD a day is an absolute bargain for what you get. Thanks for the tours!
Very modern and nicely decorated condos. Seems like a quieter neighborhood which is great as long as it’s easy and inexpensive to get to the fun places. Great Job !

Best deal in pattaya. You knocked the ball out if the field with that condo tour. The large 1 bedroom is perfect. I realize it's kind of isolated but thats a plus in my book....I don't want to be in the heart of the action.

@@mateor7302 I wasn't quite sure but thats terrific location. I forgot who I was watching....I think it was cheap charlie chronicles....and he did a short video about the place saying that you'd probably need a scooter for travel because the baht busses don't go to that area.

I have lived here 2019, enjoyed rom 715 1 bedroom . Very fast internet. Recommend Maxx City exspecially if you ride a motorcycle.
Great price, possibly a bit far from my usual haunts, but with this new Bolt service, maybe OK. The guide was indeed gorgeous and very professional, and helpful.
Yes that bolt apps a must saves you loads especially if like me I have no bike 😉

I like the staff girls are very polite and very communicative everywhere you check condo. Even if you proposed 8 000 for the studio, her reaction was great and lovely. Amazing. That's a pity that we can not see her smile.

good video and a sighting of daz in the mirror in the gym. .great units at good all inclusive prices. soi aruthai does have 7/11 s and a few bars ,so good location if you just want a quiet drink .not too far from soi buakhao .good amenities and a lovely well spoken girl working at the reception.id be checking in tomorow if i was in pattaya and not in the uk.

Hi Daz, great Vlog and interesting to see this condo hotel, it was as you were riding to the place you passed by a guesthouse I used to stay in many years ago called The Shagwell Guesthouse I eve it’s derelict now pity no doubt the result of COVID. The name of the Condo/Hotel Maxx I am sure I stay in a small guest just down the road from we’re you are and it was called Maxx a European guy owned it many years ago I wonder is it the same company. Good stuff. It's not easy where to find nice stay for over 1 month up to 6 months and reasonably priced. I can't move full-time but up to 6 months every year because of health care benefits and good life summertime in Scandinavian.

Very good video , i stayed in a couple of rooms on both sides of the building , for 3 months. The location is not an issue . Big C is at the bottom of the road at the junction.
the one bdrm end unit is very nice... good natural lighting and ambiance and flow to the spaces...

I looked at this place. If you look at the floorpan some of the ground floor units have a small private garden. That makes them an even better prospect in my eyes. Its a bit out of the way but that area has everything you need. Bars, 7-elevens, restaurants and its just round the corner from five gentleman's clubs all in row. Got to love Soi Bongkot.

Very nice Condo in a good location..quiet but close enough to everything..all utilities and wl-fi included at those prices is good..and of course at the side of the building is a gentlemans club..

Nice condo indeed, have walked from soi Bukhau to soi Arunatai not that far. A mate was living in Nirin apartments on the right just before the condo you showed. My god it was horrible in Niren like walking into a prison. Take care

Great content. Well done. #2 apartment is standout and I didnt think #3 was bad at all for someone on a small budget. Did you forget to mention the on-site GC? Thats got to be worth a few baht!

I love the location of this condo , taking into account no wifi or electric and cable charges plus no gym fees and a nice rooftop pool the price is fair . im sure a years rental for the 1st unit could get as low as 13k . would a weekly laundry service be included for the bedding ? This place is no1 on my list when i make the plunge to move over there
