Great vids old fella! I'm 52 and been doing our own lambs (when i was young and dad had the farm) and mutton and roos now that we're short of a penny. I've always thought these fancy things like boning the shoulder and leg etc were too tricky so I've always done it the same way as dad did. I rekon I'll have a wack at a few of these things and suprise the Mrs 😉 Keep up the good work. Rob

Thank you! Both are great, but require different cooking methods. Leg can be butterflied, marinated and cooked quickly on the BBQ, but the shoulder weill require a little more time. Both delicious!
