This looks amazing, but I'm curious how you achieve it without the high speed sync? Is that double diffuse Octabox? Waiting for the retouching vdo, how you edited all the images.? And sir, would love to see how you position the AD200 inside the softbox? Please. Thank you for the amazing vdo.

hii bro,thank you for the comment,
i took the max images in high speed sync as my shutter speed was above 1/200,and it is a normal octa with single diffuser,
and i use the bulb in the ad200 and i place the bulb faceing the back side of the octa not directly towards the diffuser,it become easy to make the light softer and its easily controlable
