    I am 52 and when i was 37 I went to a failed sport doctor that put me on TRT 200mg per week, in the span of 6 months I went from 205 at 6 feet to 268 pounds water and fat. When the blood test results came back after all this time my natural testosterone level were 680.
    I am now 52 and very lucky I bounce back, I been taking boron and ashwaganda , pomegranate, eating good carbs, I never stop lifting weights, get enough zinc from my diet, etc my testosterone levels are at 740 tested less than 6 months ago.
    There is no one size fit all get your testosterone tested if you want to know.
