Hi Iwanriley8047! I would definitely follow up with FWP about your order, as that’s about 10 business days. They’re usually very responsive to queries. I’ve had some slow shipping issues here from the Australian distribution centre over the last couple of months which could be for a number of reasons including general delays because of the appalling weather, the holiday period etc but definitely follow up ASAP. 🤨💕Louise
