Thank you for watching this video, it is a bit tricky with the translating, I think it is the book that has taken me the longest to read in my life...and I've read Plutarch's Lives Volumes 1 and 2! 😅 The translating was already done for me though! 🤭💕Louise

It's such a lovely book Ali, particularly the stories of the different TN users really intrigue me. Most of the time I just drool over the pictures as to do the translating is a bit cumbersome. I would love to write some notes in the margins with the translations but can't bring myself to! Maybe I need some vellum paper sticky notes or something? Yes it's the Tokyo and as I didn't have a black cover I justified it that way! 🤭 I love that the foiling is iridescent. I'm sure you can think if a way to use the dated insert, there's always washi tape! 😃💕 Louise

Oh dear! I didn't mean to give you a fright! 😆 I'm just still excited. I had to do something about my desk mat. It's so nice in winter...super cosy but when it's well over 30 C and close to 40 it feels stifling! I thought I'd buy one in the black friday sales and I think I might get another one for my computer, I like it so much . Seasonal desk mats no less 🤭 I try to up my desk aesthetic when I can! 😆💕 Big hugs right back at you Ali! 💕Louise

Hi Jean, Birthdays around Christmas and New Year can be a little tricky. Sounds like a nice tradition though, post-birthday Christmas decoration. We didn't put up any decorations last year as we were travelling so we found some treasures that we had forgotten about, which is always nice! Have a wonderful week! 💕Louise

Of course, Thanksgiving comes first in the US. You guys have so many holidays that we don't really have here. That sounds like a wonderful tradition, Critterpaws, and all those tree treasures 😍 I have some quilts made by my Mum and some wooden ship models made by my Dad and those things that we know they have spent time and care and created with their hands do hold very special memories indeed. Hello Niki! Definitely a lot more peaceful than the day before! Today it is hot and steamy but at least we have some sunshine! I really love this particular Pion tape, and the fact that it is kiss cut makes it so easy to use and neat on the roll too. The shachihata ink I used was Cobalt Blue.
