How Club Mahindra took Rs 4 lakh from Gaurang Shah with False Promises, Shoddy App & Poor Services

    Hello Team Club Mahindra,
    I am club Mahindra Blue studio member and My Club Mahindra Member ID - 296020 . I have purchased Club Mahindra membership on 8 Nov 2021 by spending almost 3.5Lac and in last 2 years paid ASF of almost 37K on time but I have never used service by Club Mahindra because of multiple reasons or blockers from your end like bad customer support or unavailability of resorts at my dates . So I request you to refund My entire amount .
    Please find below reasons I don't want to go ahead with Club M .
    Availability of Resorts - tried to book holiday multiple times as soon as the dates open but never get dates as per my convenience.
    Connected 10s of times with Customer support for booking but they are also never help me to book resort obviously because of unavailability of resort .
    At the time of buying membership from Sales person Ali he gave lots of fake commitments and promise and once membership is sold he never responded to calls or messages so it feels like I am getting scammed by so called sales tactics .
    Anyways I have many things to which are pain points for me as a customer but I have finally decided NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH CLUB MAHINDRA because of these poor experiences . So once again I request you to refund my entire hard earned amount 🙏.

    This is the experience of most of the members.
    Thus my suggestion is that we must get together and sue this company and make them refund the money to all the members and pay an hefty compensation to all the members.
    This is no doubt a company formed to cheat the public at large.

    I did research on club mahindra membership 2 years ago. But there were 2 major issues as per my understanding. 1. You have to pay some premium even if you don't travel on that particular year 2. You have to plan as per hotel booking availability rather than you own choice.
    So even if I pay 20% more on trip with 3* hotel. I get to go to location of my choice. I don't have to rely on availability of any particular hotel. Plus most mahindra hotel are away from attractions so we have spend more on travel. Which is sometimes more costly than hotel charges.

    Sir in blue season, 1,2,,3,4 Jan is not available. Blue season is off season. U haven't understood the product properly that's why u arent getting bookings!!

      Well explained Gaurang... @Camelkarma - Maybe your core understanding level not up to the mark because you are focusing on finding mistakes instead of topic also I feel that you are not one to certify in which language one needs to talk 😁.the way of putting topic is very much clear I can't found grammar mistakes (maybe 1 or 2 are there but he is not here to train people like you 😅) also everyone have own style of speaking that's why he is using OKAY many times . So if you are not supporting him at least don't criticize one who is saving others from getting scammed .

    Sometimes you may get the same rooms in the same resort through other channels like MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Agoda, etc., but not through your membership. And surprise, breakfast is complimentary through those other channels, but not through membership. More surprise, even the price is same or sometimes lower, than what you are paying per room/night through the one time payment(divide it by 6 room/nights for the number of years) + ASF.
