This is the experience of most of the members. Thus my suggestion is that we must get together and sue this company and make them refund the money to all the members and pay an hefty compensation to all the members. This is no doubt a company formed to cheat the public at large.
I did research on club mahindra membership 2 years ago. But there were 2 major issues as per my understanding. 1. You have to pay some premium even if you don't travel on that particular year 2. You have to plan as per hotel booking availability rather than you own choice. So even if I pay 20% more on trip with 3* hotel. I get to go to location of my choice. I don't have to rely on availability of any particular hotel. Plus most mahindra hotel are away from attractions so we have spend more on travel. Which is sometimes more costly than hotel charges.

So if you are not supporting him at least don't criticize one who is saving others from getting scammed .
Sometimes you may get the same rooms in the same resort through other channels like MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Agoda, etc., but not through your membership. And surprise, breakfast is complimentary through those other channels, but not through membership. More surprise, even the price is same or sometimes lower, than what you are paying per room/night through the one time payment(divide it by 6 room/nights for the number of years) + ASF.

Worst product. Worst salesmanship. The guy literally told me you can't afford the membership to provoke me to pay the money
