Bruh you can literally get really good packs from other producers for free, I use the Ghosty uk drill pack which has about everything you need to make uk drill beats, there’s packs like that for rap and other genres free on TH-cam

right click and open the packs folder, then drag and drop your samples. Very easy! You can also make folders of your own samples and put them in its own directory.

Great video, however just so everyone knows you can skip a few steps in this by simply extracting the packs, loops, etc. straight to the packs folder within you're version of FL Studio. Example, mine looks like, Local Disk (C:) - Program Files - Image-Line - FL Studio 20 - Data - Patches - Packs. And you're done. No copy and paste necessary unless you're keeping an extra copy in a separate location, which I guess you would want to do if it wasn't a free pack.
