There was a discourse over if it effectively “inflicted” 0 damage which would then revert to its original Atk of 800 so theoretically under Wall of D it would still inflict damage. It was ruled in Vegas that it has to inflict at least 1 Atk point of damage to hit for 800. At locals for awhile we were all playing with it as long as it successfully attacked it would do damage. Obviously this is much better for a Submarineroid player so it’s good we got it clarified at an official event for precedent.
