She is quite charming and I love the pre-view tour she gave here of this prized historic home. The Zuber wallpaper is exquisite. I first learned of Goat Castle in William Stadiums “ Secrets of Great Southern Families”. What a treasure for that bed to survive. What a splendid tour!
Thanks so much! The bed is a treasure and we are so lucky it was purchased by a local doctor who had it restored in the best, most authentic way. It took eight months but it's a beauty now!
Oh my yes! You must plan a visit if you are able. I promise you will fall in love with Natchez the way I did when I first visited when I was just 22... lo, those many years ago! Ha Ha
This home is so calm and balanced, as one would expect with a house of this era. I love her taste and decorating style; strong and heartfelt nods to the history, while keeping the decor light, with a charming outdoor/garden feel. Fantastic history corners, and a sweet homage to the servants who kept the home running before electricity and other conveniences we take for granted. Lovely hostess! Thank you so much!
I love this home! Tammy, you did such a great job in the restoration of Holly Hedges. It's not only beautiful, it's thoughtful, welcoming, and cozy all at the same time. It's wonderful you've carried on this legacy of historical value and your vision has come full circle.
Oh my gosh Love Miss Tammy and gorgeous Holly Hedges. So much to love but oh my, that plateau on the dining table, the rug in the dining room, the Zuber wallpaper and those Belter sofas in the Goat Castle Bed Room swoon !😍😍😍😍🥰
Love this one story home. It's delicious and the colors are true. My lovely Mother loved a paint color called Candlewick. Very creamy. So, I wouldn't change anything. Appreciate the separated stairs on the front terrace. Thank you for showing us your sweet cream puff.
I love the Audubon painting of himself and his assistant sitting by the bricks for Rosalie being fired while painting the rooflines/ this intersection is ABSOLUTELY recognizable - especially Texada
I'm sad I can't come to the Pilgrimage Tour. I'd love to hear the story of that Bull Fighter sculpture. Can you do a video on that sometime after the Pilgrimage?
P.S. I don't follow College football, so I was unaware of the Jackson State University Marching Band before I saw them perform at the Tournament of Roses Parade here in (Pasadena) California on the 1st. Oh my goodness! The Sonic Boom of the South! They are incredible, and the crowds in the bleachers along the parade route jumped to their feet. These are the kind of events that bring people together, as you do with your channel, Laine and Kevin. I wanted to give a shout out to your fellow Mississippians. Cheers...and Happy New Year!
Not sure which part of the walls... maybe the moulding trim by the doors? It has a fanlight above the doors. That's one of my favorite parts of the home personally. Thank you!
Ha! That has been brought up before! Actually it is a scene that appears to be native Americans doing some sort of tribal dance in costume. Now, mind you the wooden blocks that make up this scenewere carved in France in 1834 based on THEIR vision of what America was like.
Honestly, one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. The design style so traditional, so exquisite. Love, love, love. ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness! You just made my day! You are so kind and yes we are really proud of the home!

You and Holly Hedges are delightful, and your home is amazingly beautiful. Although I have never been to Mississippi, I would surely like to do so !!

We are so lucky to be in both of those paintings. It's such a great architectural record.
@ y’all have done an amazing job 🥰
10:03 OMG! That cat plate is adorable.
It was a housewarming gift from a friend. We have a VERY fluffy white Persian who looks just like the plate!

Cute modern touches without destroying the history lol. Not an easy feat.
I'm sad I can't come to the Pilgrimage Tour. I'd love to hear the story of that Bull Fighter sculpture. Can you do a video on that sometime after the Pilgrimage?
We would love to do that!

Thank you! Our primary home is in Fredericksburg, Texas!
Beatiful house! Hugs and love!😊❤😊
Thank you so very much!
Love the scenic wallpaper and the fretwork? on the walls. Does that have a special name? Seems like it does. I'm a fan of that!
Not sure which part of the walls... maybe the moulding trim by the doors? It has a fanlight above the doors. That's one of my favorite parts of the home personally. Thank you!
The statue is incredible, does your husband not sculpt anymore? The house is gorgeous, I really like the different wallpapers.
He is working on a small one now!
@TammyPack Good to hear! He is quite talented. Thank you for answering
Wow! Beautiful.

Gorgeous!
❤❤❤❤❤
9:05 be still my heart wow 🤩
The library is an absolute treasure! I've had so much fun filling it with authentic items the original owners would have had.
6:19 is it just me or does that wallpaper depict someone going to the bathroom violently lol
I won’t lie- I had the same thought. It’s actually a feathered ornament or sash. But, yeah….
Ha! That has been brought up before! Actually it is a scene that appears to be native Americans doing some sort of tribal dance in costume. Now, mind you the wooden blocks that make up this scenewere carved in France in 1834 based on THEIR vision of what America was like.
Love the Zubair
Thank you! This pattern Views of America is also in the White House.
Methinks somebody likes buff colored stuffed chairs.
Beautiful!!!!
Thank you so much!
