39:14 If I understand things correctly, the way the birthday card works is that every time you play it its value goes up by 1 /permanently/ (provided the increase won't cause you to bust. This results in 3-ish phases of play for the card. When you first get it, it acts like a normal low value card. Then, after enough plays, it will start acting like a normal high value card. Finally, once its reached the value of 21, its stand and discard effects become relevant, functionally giving you 5 booster packs per battle at the cost of probably causing you to bust. The two keys to understanding Birthday card are realizing the Rounds Up isn't actual rounding, just friendly incrementing, and that busting also causes you to stand.
Just a heads up on the Crypto Bro for next time- The event typically goes that you get a chip coin for 150, you wait a bit, there will be a time when it spikes up MASSIVELY in value before immediately plummeting to zero. So the best way to play that event is to wait until you see it spike up a lot like I mean literally goes to the top of the screen in a split second and then you hit the sell button. Hard to know how the event works without seeing it in action though. For some reason, Olenky and Reto both trusted it, and it’s the only reason I know how it works myself
This game goes way harder than it has any right to. I was going to say that it's worth it just for the memes - especially with someone like you who plays so many card games and can recognize and foil (no pun intended) off them - but the game itself is super cool too, and a real pleasure to watch you play!
If I understand correctly, in the scenario here against pit boss you can actually generate infinite chips by just busting repeatedly as he can't deal damage to you. You can also make a giant Monterey jack and then eat it to full heal. Thought I'd point it out, love your content!
One thing I've noticed about your opponents is that they don't have a hand - any card that is handy or adds cards to hand is instead played immediately. You may be able to find ways to abuse this to make them bust.

Frankly the memes and references turned me off the demo. Made it feel like it lacked content and was just trying to be funny and "lol so random"
