VW CADDY 2K How To Make A GOLF GTI/ Hybrid Caddy / Highline Front Bumper

I made two front bumpers, one a GTI/ Caddy Hybrid and the second a Caddy Highline Hybrid conversion, now which one should I use on our VW Caddy?.

Great job - love the fact that you sawed it by hand! Good to see. I've just bought the same Mk4 bumper to do this with mine, but before I do; would you mind going into some more detail about what needed plastic welding on the back exactly? Was this done so you can take the screws holding them together back out and it remain intact for sanding / filler?

I plastic welded the rear of the bumper all the way around this made the bumper more rigid, then fibreglass over the top. I have now made three more bumpers but it takes time to do, now moving onto my next Top Secret project, Cheers.

Hi Jon, here is the part number for the 2011 VW Caddy bumper, on Ebay 333748550326 the caddy high line bumper was the last one with all the parts intact. You could have a look on Ebay as there are some for sale but you may have to source the parts separately, hope this helps, Cheers.

I have the Same bumper but with lights.

I still have the wiring connected at the rear of the bumper to fit the fog lights, Cheers.
