- Here is the video tutorial to fix Microsoft Windows CrowdStrike Blue screen death error.
Command:
del C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike\C-00000291*.sys
Those who are facing c drive not showing issue. Then follow the below steps.
Go to your bios by pressing F2 or DEL key from your keyboard ( keys may different for your pc or laptop it's depending on your computer and manufacturer so search on google with your model number)
Then Goto advanced option .
and chose SATA port Cable settings.
Then change Raid to AHCI Mode.
After that press F10 key from your keyboard to change and save bios settings.
now after save the settings press F12 while booting your pc it will show bitlocker window. You need to put recovery key.
after that follow the steps of my video.

Those who are facing the issue of the C drive not showing should follow the steps below:

I have a new windows 11 Lenovo laptop, and when I enter BIOS, there is no menu to switch to advanced mode. I looked on the internet, and I've seen someone have the same problem, when trying to locate advanced mode.

How to get into safe mode or recovery mode when you can even boot into Windows?
So basically once you are on your computer, search reset this pc. Then click restart this pc in settings and it will take you here. That’s the only thing I remember on how to get here
Or use external USB with Windows iso and then while being in the instalation steps just press F10 to open a command prompt

You Need to enter Your lock key in the Window before doing the Tasks from the Video

If your company has decently skilled IT nerds, they’ll write a powershell script & push it to your office remote lib server. If it was set up that way. You’ll be back in no time.
C:\ will only show if u got the bitlocker recovery key... If your computer is encrypted by bitlocker.

Is your computer locked with BitLocker? Then first unlock BitLocker with the recovery key and then try this method.

If you dont have crowstrike software in your machine, you were not affected by the issue of last friday, thus this solution is not for you.

How to Fix without Bitlocker Key
1. Create a Bootable USB OS:
o Download a Windows OS ISO file from the official Microsoft website.
o Use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB drive or work with your SCCM guy to make one for you.
A. Insert a USB drive with at least 8 GB of space into your computer.
B. Open Rufus and select the USB drive.
C. Click on the 'Select' button and choose the downloaded Windows ISO file.
D. Ensure the partition scheme is set to 'MBR' and the target system is 'BIOS (or UEFI-CSM)'.
E. Click 'Start' to begin the process.
o Once the bootable USB is created, safely eject it.
2. Boot from the USB Drive:
o Insert the bootable USB drive into the locked machine.
o Power on the machine and enter the BIOS settings by pressing the appropriate key (usually F2, F10, F12, or Del).
o Navigate to the storage settings and ensure that ACHI is enabled:
A. Go to the 'Advanced' or 'Main' tab in the BIOS menu.
B. Find 'SATA Mode' or 'Storage Configuration' and set it to 'ACHI'.
o Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
o Restart the machine and press the boot menu key (usually F12 or Esc) during startup.
o Select the USB drive from the boot menu to boot from it.
3. Access Command Prompt:
o Once the Windows setup screen appears, press Shift + F10 or F8 or Fnc+F8 (depends on your device) to open the Command Prompt.
4. Enable Safe Mode:
o In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal
o This command configures the system to boot into Safe Mode.
5. Log into the Machine:
o Close the Command Prompt and continue to boot into Windows.
o Select 'Safe Mode' from the boot options.
o Log in using a local Administrator account.
6. Delete CrowdStrike File:
o Open File Explorer and navigate to the following directory:
o C:\Windows\System32\drivers\crowdstrike
o Locate the file named "c-00000291*" and delete it.
7.Disable Safe Mode:
oOpen the Command Prompt again by pressing Shift + F10.
o Enter the following command to disable Safe Mode:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
8. Reboot the Machine:
o Close the Command Prompt and restart your computer.
o Your machine should now boot normally without requiring a Bitlocker key or encountering the BSOD.

If you have BitLocker enabled and you are doing the fix from safemode. The process is a bit more complex as you would likely need the BitLocker recovery key to complete the process. Where you the one who enabled BitLocker on your PC?

or else you can press F5 key while boot your pc or laptop then Goto Safe Mode option and after open your desktop you need to open cmd and type same command.

Then you can get it from it team for recovery code if not using your registered mobile device on company portal you can get it from Microsoft services

Turn pc off, wait a few seconds then turn back on again. As soon as you see it starting, shut down again. Do it three times, and it should send it into repair mode. Let it cycle then blue screen with options will show

There is no Crowd strike folder in system32 folder because this is a recovery mode. It doesn't work opening with notepad either. There is no Startup Setting under Advanced options to boot it under safe mode. I am on server 2021 hosted on Nutanix. Any idea????

Possibly, you are not having administrators privilege or the file is open. I do not know how to revoke privilege via command line.
