Can you make a video about spouse sponsorship. It is been taking away too long for citizen to unite with their spouses. We need this system to change, and have speed processing time for all. Is not fair waiting year or two in silent for just a result. Sponsorship application should be 4 to 5 months minimum. Everything is online now those days, it should be no delays.

It's not just getting a job offer; and the employer must meet the criteria. The non-sense is that IRCC requested us to submit the employer form, which they denied to support that form for us. Even if we got a job offer from the top 100 employers in Canada, it couldn't prove anything in the criteria IRCC set up. If IRCC might come down to the Earth, they could see this problem.

A very serious problem is that in migration there are a lot of very conservative people who do not allow the processes to be agile, on the other hand, there is a very large division, for example by not having standard procedures and leaving everything to the discretion of the officer, If you get the file from an Asian and you are going to review the information from an African, it is normal, in a short time, it will take a while because of the union Doesn't let them move fast, but if you are European and you get a white person, it is almost automatic, if you are from India, and you get a Muslim, it still takes a while, but in due time, if you get a white person and you are Hispanic, they usually reject you, complimenting a lot of things, and not to mention when you get your PR, they even lose your information, and you have to send it again, there are cases that miraculously appear and when making omissions it is rejected. A reform and more qualified people are urgently needed, the way the system is currently it does not work for the needs of this century, Immigration works with the rules of one country that no longer exists!!
