Probably a smart move to keep the suspension this time rather than riding one of the hard tails. I always watch those camp videos thinking it must be pretty hardcore putting in all those miles with no shocks!
Been watching lnspltblvd videos for years. Always love what you got going on. I'm on a 08' Street Bob right now. Can't express how much I love my bike. Dynas in general. Hyped to be along for the ride on this one's transformation. Safe travels on the camp trip dude!
I swapped the stock suspension on my ‘07 FXDLI for Progressive Suspension front and rear, standard fork springs in the front and 12 1/2” in the rear and it’s a completely different bike now. Rides and handles like it should. I’m a big fan of those V&H Straighshots myself as they sound great and no rejecting/remapping required. Nice Bike Man.
FYI I have watched all or most of your videos when they come out. Then realized I had not seen any in a while. TH-cam is not putting you in my feed? What the hell, things I watched 6 years ago keep popping up, but not your stuff. Something that I actually want to watch. Keep up the great work. I will have to hunt for the good stuff.
Bike looks super clean! It's nice to see some mods on a Dyna that aren't just instant club style look. I have the same seat on my Sporty and absolutely love it. Ride on!
Wow! The seat is awesome and the rear end mod makes a big difference I also love the smaller diameter of the muffler. Now with the narrower seat and rear end the gas tank looks a little bit to be too wide. But still great mods. René from Québec.
Hey brother love watching your stuff I have a 05 FXDL. Your bike looks better with the upgrades personally I would have stayed with the progressive shocks they're better performers they make a 12.5" chrome covered shock. With Dynas keep an eye on the cam chain tensioners and also the primary chain tension, I would advise not chucking the windscreen I know it looks shit but if you're doing a cross-country or long run you'll be thankful for it can always unclip it to stay cool 😉 when you get where you're going. All the best Dazz from OZ 😁
Born and raised in SoCal, and currently in az for the past 10 years, love it, but damn this heat be preventing me to work in my garage without any ac in there
Really cool video man. I'm happy to see your bikes. just the personal opinion because I've been towing since the early 00s ,I would never have a truck like that haul anything, ever . The lift alone weakens that truck . Most likely isn't aligned correctly, imagine what that does on a not perfectly straight, not fresh laid black top. I will say it looks like it's doing just fine , you just never know . A Sportster is as valuable as a diavel . That's a decent thought process to have when you're moving other people's shit
I replaced my tail light on one of my bikes back in '09 with the one that you could a flashes I mean it's bright it's the same technology they use an ambulance I think it's called bright as hell or something like that they probably still make them. But you can change the flash pattern when you hit the brake paddle with a magnet. I put one of those USB things on my shovel head comes in handy cuz I really don't know how good they alternator is doing. And this tells me real time
Well then there was a diner that came out gosh in the mid-2000s but it was kind of like a small dresser and had those mag wheels I remember tapping on them they're hollow the spokes. I always like that rendition but using a Dyna platform.... I forget the name of it
Dude, your videos are awesome! Dyna is looking good! And those pegs, man, really cool. I have a moons mc twilight as well, really like it! How are you liking the Dyna?
Unf, the riser combo is where it's at. Solid! T-bars and riser combos are so good because you just change that front profile to make the bike look taller and skinnier. Which is what it should always be about.
Rear pipe on those Vance and Hines always looks like it is sagging. I fought that on my 09 Super Glide with Straight Shot slip ons. The pipes just don't sit at the proper angle in relation to each other, most notable at the rear pipe, which always seems to sag towards the ground.
A little, the hypercharger can be adjusted to fully close the butterflies while riding but it's recommended to let 1/8 inch open, to keep a fresh amount of air into the air intake. Quite a beautiful airfilter in my opinion, I fully restored one.
Yo LNSPLTBLVD, how much did the new owner have to pay for shipping that distance? I live in Michigan so I am curious. Please and thank you. Thank you very much.

For an 04 the paint and chrome look immaculate 🤙💨💯
It’s a 2008 but yea the previous owner took good care of it
@@LNSPLTBLVD thought I heard 04 but never the less like you say even for a 2008 it looks good.

Gotta love that Harley front wheel shake at the end of the video. When I got my first Harley, it sketched me out. 😬
Looks nice, sounds nice with the new pipes👍👍👍🏴....
Good job, few changes but the Harley look and shining amazing!!!
We need you to drop the videos more often …🙏🏼 Regards
Just a couple changes can make a world of difference in appearance. Very nice. Take care and ride safe.
Looking good! I have a 2011 dyna. I rode it to Sturgis and back from Denver. Keep posting the updates!

Man you should have done some 14 inch legend’s out back, I love those rear dyna fenders sitting high to show off the rear tire
Saludos desde Mexicali Baja California, que sigan los proyectos
Some chrome mag wheels would look dope asf with that red paint in the sun
that seat made the look so far
V&H straight shots.... doesn't get any better than that.
Unless your talking about performance..
Looks really really good. Nothing like some fresh old parts! lol
That seat made a massive difference.
Awesome transformation

Invest in a windshield for the trip. Really helps on longer rides.
Great job on the mods, and sounds very evil 😈

Suspension, Comfortable seat, Good brakes, Reliable motor! What happened??
You need to put an axle lock kit on that bike Krusi originals makes a good one
Nice looking build!

very nice bike 😃👍
Wish i have one 😢 regards from Germany
Might be nice to put the fairing back on for the camping trip.
That’s the plan

Dig it.
Sweet bike. For me I would have kept the lowered shocks, got some apes instead of the t bars and ditched the sissy bar. Just my tastes, but hell yeah.
Small changes - big impact! Nice one bro! What's the width of the bars?

Really a clean machine! Are you running front directional lights? Maybe I missed them. Queasyrider

A few simple changes and boom…whole new look. Beautiful! You’re stoked!
How much did you pick the bike up for if you don’t mind me asking?
$5500
@@LNSPLTBLVD oh hell yeah, you’re so stoked!
Awesome content as always. Out of curiosity, what kind of Dyna is that?
FXDC aka Super Glide Custom

Keep the hypercharger bro! those are rare by now!!
Dang, heart skipped a minute.. Im in Indiana...
Thought I might of won the bike and forgot.
Wow cool🙀
Did you order the tall socks and the Dixon flannels too?!
That sportster is dope bro, how do I win one of your badass builds to rip around the east coast
Why do you install those crane stabilizers? What is the purpose of those for this bike?
🤘😎🤘
how does this airfilter even work? is it adjustable?

the more you you twist the throttle the more it opens
@@viniciusmelo4112 easy vacuum function, it works by a fitting in the throttle intake connected on a vacuum chamber on the hypercharger.
