Me is Demoted soldier coz I am mercenaries
My best job, i started with, is blacksmith because if you sell all your weapons in your inventory, you will get a good amount of money to buy some expensive gear or weapons for yourself. And if you level up your smiting skill, you can craft a good amount of weapons if you bye an anvil. It requires wood and iron craft weapons. and sell it for a lot more money, or you can keep it to go slay some Bandits and level up your fighting skills.
And now I'm a blacksmith who became a strong warrior⚔️

I know it's been five months since you typed this comment but I'll still reply. It's best if you spawn in Kamakura shogunate if your going to be a blacksmith because spawning in said area will give you a samurai sword as an equiped weapon and samurai swords are expensive I think but still try this hack if you want
for me best job is lumberjack cuz it has good stats allocation which are two handed ,stamina, and athletic. Earning money is easy early on if you have the skill to win arena. and once youve earn enough go buy yourself a barn to manage.
second comes hunter also for the same reason which is its stats allocation with bow and deer and fishing hunting which you can use to get free food. Finally you can easily cheese the game with a bow.

I used blacksmith in my previous empires but now I will use demoted soldier
Black Smith is still better for that. You can sell the stuff and trade up to 300k in like 15minutes after that u can buy some weapons ,level up a bit and make an army.
