I mean u can't do anything about that unless you were a trained in the military or martial arts, but if it's a hand to hand fight this is probably the best advice for the average person.
Tony's an amazing boxer but his self defence advice is left wanting, if you've never trained the idea that you're going to throw a decent punch under pressure (street fights are far more pressure than the ring) and end a fight is, at best, unlikely. Train, and spar, once you know how to fight, this is good advice.

That force during a punch travels from the back foot to the front, with the rotation of your core and through your arm that force built in the legs is transferred into your opponent. Think of your arms like the steering wheel of a car, not the engine.

You being strong and benching 1000000 pounds does not translate into boxing, it's most likely just going to make you slower and easier to predict. Yeah, some are big and muscly but that is most likely just a preference or insecurity considering they are going to stand half naked in front of a crowd. Being big can also work as an intimidation tactic, but when faced against other pro fighters it usually doesn't work.

Great advice! My record in the streets was 23W/12L/4 no clear winner. Since watching this I have quickly amassed 38W/0L/OD. I have not had a chance to do the head butt however as I’m just going up to random people most of the time saying “mate I don’t want to fight” then Wham!

Sometimes someone looking for a fight with you is unavoidable even if you're peaceful. The best way to win the fight is to then run away. Proving your pride isn't worth the potential brain damage or death, life is much more precious than that.
A question that I always ask is, what if you're just a normal guy or a beginner in martial arts, and the aggressor is someone who is very experienced in fighting other people? I mean, this is the street, anything can happen.

There is no secret, universal technique anyone can give you that will close the skill gap and work for you 100% of the time. The best thing to do would be to not fight in the first place. A couple of good points within here; But in terms of footing…careful not to be too obvious when going to surprise him. Also, you should never allow a person (a confrontational person) to get that close. Lastly, always try to avoid such a thing in the first place; physical is obviously last resort.
