Actually it's because that Honda has VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) . The car variably shuts down 1,2 or 3 of those back cylinders as the car is being driven in an effort to increase MPG numbers. So those plugs get fouled with oil because they don't have constant spark. It also causes the coils to fail .
This is correct, there’s an official Honda bulletin on this very issue. I’m now on my second spark plug on cylinder 3 in a year. To resolve this I’ve just bought a vcm muzzler on amazon to disable the eco mode that’s the source of spitting fuel and oil into that spark plug.
Identify the number of each cylinder, and do it more slowly. Don't just say to use a screwdriver for the clip that releases the coil wire, actually show yourself doing it, slowly.
