Coolant pipe line replaced - 1 time Water pump replaced - 1 time All services done promptly, air, oil, fuel filter, timing belt changed as per service. Mileage on highway :13 to 14. Semi synthetic oil used. No engine problems at all.

Safari is not for all bt trust me as i drove it from 2012 model if from the begening u can maintain it well with every small small issue that car still behaves well and also ur pocket remains happy, everything depends on how u drive how u care ur car...
Rohit bhai I have also bought Safari storme after your review in 2017 clocked 82k km maintenance cost is cheaper than Hyundai Santro and also better mileage.
Today My nexon's 209 mm ground clearance saved me I was driving off road and while taking a sharp right turn there was a ditch on the road both off my front wheels were inside the ditch and the bumper missed by inches. Thank god I was not driving hatch back.
What problems I faced with my 2.2 dicor. 1.) low engine power is always encountered while overtaking. 2.) turning radius issues. 3.) diesel spilling out from the engine nozzles after covering a continuous distance of 200kms. 4.) timing belt pulley issues 5.) steering wheel air bag sensor issues.
*Tata Safari is the only SUV who passed all the tests done by Indian Army & Army ordered approximately 30000 units of Safari for duty. Safari beated Endeavour, Scorpio & Fortuner.* 🙏🇮🇳😎
Tata has not developed this dicor and varicor engine's. These are outsourced from PSA . Even Scorpio had same engine as of safari. Only difference was in BOSCH and DELPHI fuel systems. However TATA used VGT turbo .
