That's awesome. I love how beans are so often used as a dessert in Asian cuisine. Here in the States, we really only use them as a savory food. But the sweet-bean desserts are so delicious.

how long do you thimk all the ingredients will last? What do you normally do w/all the left over stuff if you don't have enough people to drink/eat it for you that day? Any suggestions....pre-make the drinks and then put into the frig?

Ngâm đậu đỏ trước vài tiếng, sau đó thêm nước nấu cho đến khi đậu nhừ và cạn nước thì thêm đường vào, nhỏ lửa, khuấy đều tay để đậu ko bị cháy nhé ^^. Hoặc bạn có thể search Red bean sauce hay anko gì đó ko nhớ nữa ^^ . Chúc bạn thành công ^^
