How do you have 100% uptime on cold imbue charges? Seems like the 2 tempers isn’t enough. Why not shako for helm? Seems like it solves so many issues with RF. Dmg reduction, life, CD reduction for the cold imbue, and has ranks to RF. Is trick attacks that much more worth it?
Yeah can play shaco but alot less dmg in hordes, trick attacks double dips into precision and in hordes you always have it up, for bosses i have a 2nd cowl that i mw crit 3 times on unstable elixirs affix
