@@bangeranginretroman3064 It definitely is terrible. None of the Batman games on the PS1 were any good. Batman & Robin tried to be ambitious & have a 3D open-world on the PS1, but it failed. If you want a decent 3D open-world game on the PS1, try the first two Driver games.

Had this game on PS2 back in the day and calling it bad is a bit of a stretch. Soundtrack is great, the atmosphere and visuals are also pretty good. The gameplay while is just an average DMC rip off isn't that bad. Plus the game has dozens of unlockables including playing as Blade. Also, the cover art is fantastic.

My cousin gave me this as a birthday gift, and I had so much fun playing this PS2 game on my PS3. Dang, I wish you could do that with PS3 games on PS4 and 4 with PS5.
I actually remember being hyped for it when trailers were out and then I got it and it was ACTUALLY DECENT for a licensed game, the only downside were bugs during racing missions, but hey there was an entirely separate Blade character and he had a unique moveset too. It's a pretty safe DMC clone, still fun couple of hours

I remember staying at my friends house and going to the cinema to watch the Ghost Rider movie when I was like 11 and I vividly remember how bored I was while watching it lol. It felt like the first three quarters of the movie was just build up then he finally turns into Ghost Rider and nothing really happens.
Hell nah this game passed even the incredible hulk game, and the iron man game, only other hero games i played with this was the hulk smash game from early 2000s and the ultimate spiderman

The Spirit of Vengeance is one of, if not THE, most powerful Marvel characters. The Penance Stare works on anything as long as there is a hint of remorse, so Thanos would have been goosed after killing Gomorrah. Failing that then Ghost Rider could have just torn him in two due to the immeasurable strength it possesses. He is also completely immortal to basically everything, the only real way to stop it would be to force the spirit from it's host, something that is near impossible to do and would only delay it until it found a new host. There is a reason they haven't/can't put this character into the mainstream movies, he would just end any threat within seconds. The most underrated, and my personal favourite, of all the MCU heroes/anti-heroes.

I remember renting this game and enjoying it, loved the shotgun mechanic. Was able to finish it during the 5 day rental time frame lol. I also saw the movie when it premiered. Nick Cage is awesome!
It's actually quite interesting to see all the influence of other games in this title. You have the main inspiration from God Of War, with DMC Combo meter and shotgun, and a little bit of Onimusha soul collection and move upgrading.
I remember playing this game so much back in the day. It was my first experience with a god of war/devil may cry clone. I think they had a decent idea, but 1.) there was a loading zone after EVERY fight which was very annoying, 2.) the motorcycle sections were janky as all hell and 3.) the gameplay loop for each of the main areas after hell was extremely repetitive: go to area, find inaccessible path, find demon with element to get through path, backtrack, get to boss, repeat 3-4 times with the stupid loading zones as well. Those keep it from being a must play for me. However, I’ll say the last section with the carnival was a very trippy and creepy section, the scarecrow boss fight was pretty cool, and being able to meet AND play as blade with his own move set and taunts was a nice touch.
