The problem isn’t the formation. The problem is pragmatic and defensive football. We can play the same system with attacking wingbacks and quicker buildup. Amorim is slowing the game down himself, so the players are hesitant in taking decisions. This is what I’m noticing

Who are the attacking wing backs that could be used? Garnacho is not disciplined to play as a wingback. He did once and he was terrible

What amorim is doing wrong is he is playing a formation that is not suited to this team,if he played the usual 4-4-2 formation he would get better results.
